Look at a Walkthrough. I've looked at a good one which tells you how to win the missions, find the Timmy Vermichellies and find all the secret cars. It was on this website but I can't remember who wrote it.

What I said before was right but the place were you get the ALL PEDESTRIANDS HAVE WEAPONS Unlocked is Nice. In Miami you get Timmy's chasing you in trucks. In Istanbul you get NO DAMAGE for your car. Hope this helps.
