You can too put you hood up you have to make a small guy to do it.

Your answers are so stupid....all you have to do is go to your hideout. When your there you go to the wardrobe. Select sweaters and then choose the sweater that you want. After you choose the sweater,it'll ask if you want to wear it with the hood down or with the hood up.

This question is a good enough one, since you can't put on a hood in certain conditions. You cannot wear the hood up if:
1.) You have any headwear on
2.) If you have any hair (excludes any buzz/bald type haircuts)

What I usually do is get bald. Take off all headwear. Then, in the wardrobe, put on a hood. The option of putting up the hood should appear.

By the way, any size character can do this.
