I have the first 15 costumes for Kasumi and I know theres more but I don't know how to get them.

In order to unlock Kasumi 15 other Costumes you need to beat her story mode 5 Times on Hard difficulty. Just go to the Settings menu and go to story mode and set difficulty to Hard..... And thats it.
