I am on the mission where you have to use the audio annalysis thingy

I have listened to the message already (dont know how I did that)
I have no clue how to listen to the little bits of the CONVO
NO CLUE
I am STUMPED
I need help badly

Any help would be very nice I have looked through walkthrough and they didnt answer my question so this is my last resort to my confusion

If it's the forth mission I'm stuck to but with this part I can help you click on one of the tidbit parts of the call and hit the button on the left if you can't find it bring the curser slowly over the left button untill it lights up green I hope that helps!
