Question for CSI: Crime Scene Investigation

I am stuck on the fourth case with Warrick.

I have done everything that the walkthroughs and evidence allows but when I go talk to the doctor the fact that he has a truck never is an option for discussion so I am stuck and don't know what to do.

I have even tried it all over again and it still didn't work. Any clues?

At the casino there is a tire print to the right of warrick, cast it. Then at the garden there is another tire print, collect it and compare the two it will match then go talk to the docktor.
