How do I get up onto the ledge leading into the Forest of Jigramunt? I know I have to glide using my Crimson but is there anything else I need to do?

Nope. That's all you need for the ledge access. But there are other places on the map that you will need abilities like hip press, shoulder ride, and the water drained.
