Question for Burnout 3: Takedown

In europe, at the double bridge area in alpine (the snowy place), there is a crash event where you start on the higher bridge of the two and you have to hit a jump down to the lower one where all the traffic is and there are 2 hot air baloons pretty far away from the bridge. Is it possible to get the hot air baloons that are way out there?
