Question for Breakdown

Hello I'm having difficulty getting passed the t'lan warriros on level one in the research facility and I need to know what to do. Please help?

If it's the to t'lan warroirs in the hall with alex then run to the open door and crouch through the fallen bookshelves. If it's the t'lan warriors in the empty research test subject area then run to the far right side of the machine door.open it and get them to notice you, both of them. Run to the lower meeting table with stairs and get them stuck there while you run to the machine door and close it as fast as you can. Then immediatly run past the waiting t'lan warrior towards the broken elevator and jump to the open escape hatch on the ceiling then do your your thing man!!!! Your welcome

Go through the hall and go to the room with the doors and the t'lans open the door on the right to distract them when they get to that door shut it and move to the other door get to the door in front of you and face that door back away until it closes note:if this fails try a couple more times and if it fails completely I am sorry
