While in game play click Pause and enter up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right white, black, x. And a list will pop up click on the code you want and the game will automatically activate the cheat you selected. If you want all the cheats to be activated you will have to do this until you get all of the cheats working. But the cheat that makes all your powers and weapons at full mastery you have to do that one without puting the game on pause or it will not work.
