First of all this is a big running away boss this is the easiest way to beat him try and stay as far away as possible while he charges you. When you get to a part when he picks up a huge rock wait for him to throw it use lift on the rock and toss it back at him he will fall down for a bit giving you a few shots or just use the rocks left over and throw them at him eventually he will die.
