4)You go to the library and there will be some golden records. So you click on them and then you go to the home theater and it will be right in the middle of where the gold record was.

Go to the room where your suposed to contact bugs.now search the book shelf and it will say open golden records. When you do that go around where you started off and there will be 2 hallways. Take the 1 to the left if your just going back there and keep going and there will be a room with all of K-Dog's records are. Go to the very back and there will be a safe under some gold records.
