I am stuck on docklands and I can't fnd the ladder can you tell me were it is please.

Go to the second room with the crates and stuff in it. Go to the very top of the boxes and go to the part ontop of the cement roof.go there and you will beat that part of the level. Sorry I couldn't explain better
