If you need to get an easy 350-400 experiance and 1000 meseta then go to the dragon in Forest 2: Under the Dome. He will give you at least 500 meseta and will sometimes drop a unidentified weapon, but watch out if you are a magic user for some reason there are harder monsters in the forest (All I have seen is a Blue Rag Rappy that hits huge amounts of damage for beginners).
