To score goals simply take the puck up with a teammate on the other side of the ice, and just as your about to pass the redline beside the net pass to you teammate for a one-timer. It will work 85% of the time on any difficulty.
This is the only cheat I know for this game
Enter your username as "Turco813" when you create a new profile, and you get everything unlocked, jeseys, arenas, no-helmet mode, you name it.

When using turbo (R Trigger) and someone grabs the puck from your controlled player, quickly hit Y and Your player will have his arms across his chest looking like he is going to hit, while holding Y, turn the way you want, 180 or whatever way. You must be going fast though. Your player will now go much faster while turning around if you use this.
