In-game reset:
Hold L + R and press Start + Select during game play.
Sunglasses:
After completing the game twice, Snake and Raiden will be wearing sunglasses.
European Extreme difficulty:
Successfully complete the game under the normal difficulty setting.
Boss survival mode:
Successfully complete Sons Of Liberty under any difficulty setting.
Photograph mode:
Successfully complete bomb disposal mode, hold up mode (alternative missions), and eliminate mode to unlock photograph mode in the VR Missions.
Casting theater option:
Successfully complete Sons Of Liberty under any difficulty setting.
Ninja Raiden:
Successfully complete 50% of the VR missions as Raiden to unlock Ninja Raiden in the VR Missions.
Pliskin:
Successfully complete 50% of the VR missions as Snake.
Raiden X:
Successfully complete 100% of the VR missions as Raiden and Ninja Raiden.
Tuxedo Snake:
Successfully complete 100% of the VR missions as Pliskin.
Metal Gear Solid 1 Snake:
Successfully complete 100% of the VR missions as Snake, Pliskin, Tuxedo Snake, Raiden, Ninja Raiden, and Raiden X.

Press white to hear a gunshot and press Right Analog stick to change colors.

Finish the game 2 times.

When playing the vr missions fot the first time, enter your name as 'UUDDLRLRBA' and when you go on to the character select screen all characters and missions will be unlocked.
Beat the game 2 and i mean u have to beat it on tank-plant and when u start over angain snake will wear glasses and then raiden will too!
beat the tanker on two game modes and ull unlock bandanna (infinate ammo)
beat the plant on 2 differnt modes and youll get the wig and stealth
get 50% with raiden on vr missions and ull get ninja raiden
get 100% with raiden and nija raiden and ull unlock ninja
get 50 % with snake and ull unlock pliskin
get 100% with pliskin and snake and ull unlock tuxcedo snake
get100% with everyone and ull get metal gear solid 1 snake ( the snake from the game in 1998)
