When you get the countryside level use the speedy taxi car when you start go to the right full speed keep following the path but stay to the right of the road when you see a booth to the left of the road speed straight off the right side where there is a gap you will fly over a river, roll down a mountain,and freeze looking nowhere get out off the car if possible and see where you are happy flying.
