If you get onto your nimbus 2000 (if you have one) and fly over to the water and dive down, when you hit he water you wont go in, you will just bounce back off.

Dummie glitch

For this glitch, you have to be an elite for it to work.

You get in the side seat of the warthog and get out but before you hit the ground press b and keep tapping b.

Once you do that youll be in dummie form but no one can touch your body and you cant move the trigger you move your charector with.

It only works with capture the flag and if your not in the right spot you can hit b on enemies to move.

Don't worry about using this glitch, bungie doesn't care anymore.

Warning: you should hide your body when you do this so no one messis it up.
