Ok, first it has to on legendary. On the last level of the game. Once you get to where the guy in the giant spider thing is when he blows up the door. You have to land your banchee on the legde above the door. It goes up at an angle. Once you got that far try to go around the biulding by jumping to the left or right.(the left in easier I think.)then you will get to an area where there is two things that you can walk up. Again at an angle.(if you go to the left it will be the second one to the right.) go up that one. It is easier if you keep jumping up it it's faster. There will be a skull up there called-- black eye or dead eye--. WATCH OUT BECAUSE IT LOCKS YOUR HEALTH AT WHAT IT IS AND WILL STAY THAT WAY, EVEN IF YOU LOSE HEALTH!!! (in other words your health cannot regenerate no matter what.)
