After and IF you get the scarab gun, fly over to where the soccer ball is, then when your there get out of your banshee(blow it up if you wish) and use the scarab gun to move the soccer ball around, if you don't know where either one of those items are, check other submissions.

OH and if you get the sputnik skull before you go for those items, it is so much easier to just melee the banshee through the tunnel and the sputnik effect can also make the soccer ball go way higher
