When looking for cheats on halo 2 you might see stuff about skulls. Well I have all of them. So let me tell some helpful hints

1.Don't try looking for them on easy mediam or hard you can olny get them on ledgendry.

2.Get it on ledgendry and on another save you can get it on any dufficlty.

3.can't get that next inch on a jump and can't crouch jump. Place a plasma genade under you count to 2 and jump

4.its not the aa bb yy rr kind of cheat it very easy to miss cheat so if can't do it one way try another website. So don't lissen to aa rr bb just jump and get the skull
