How to get to Shoreside Vale without doing the missions.

First, you need to get a fast car, but not too fast or you will leave the ground to soon. Then, you take the car to the Callahan Bridge. After you sqeeze through the barracade, stop. Activate the flying car(dodo) cheat or the better handling cheat.(I prefere the dodo car cheat.) Then floor it to the end of the bridge and hope that you make it to the other side. If you used the better handling cheat that allows you to jump, it may take a while to get it. After you make it, follow that road all the way till you reach the end of that road. Then, hang a right. Go until you see a stadium. Stay on that road until after you passed the army surplus. Hang a right after the army surplus, and follow the tunneluntil you reach a sign that says "Shoreside Vale" with an arrow pointing up and it also says "Francis International Airport" with an arrow pointing to the left. Choose a way and there you are in Shoreside Vale without any completed missions.
