On the Mount Wannnahockaloogie level, find the old brown sign. You should find a clue behind it.

In order to get all of the mask faces to make a noise, you have to go back and look for rocks to make sure you have blocked all of the bubble holes.
After all of them have been blocked, then all three faces should make a noise.
