Ok either you go to options and go to the bottom, it says *Penalties* and you go to OFF and then no penalties. Also the other team couch can challange so if you KNOW that they are gunna challenge, go to start then replay and quickly hold the right trigger to get it over with and then play the game...it counts as THEY saw the whole replay so no challenges!
