Depending on the version, it should be in the same options menu at the bottom.

How do you get a horse harness

You can get the red hair harnes very easily if your character is very good
Ok this is how you get it : go to the map Hu Lao Gate and kill Lu Bu on hard
Then a supply captain should appear at the north of the map kill them and collect the red hair harness
