Introduction

WWE Smackdown vs Raw is the 5th version of the WWE playstaton series, The best yet so far. Many new features available which can last with a lot of fun. Its been voted the best game yet of the series. Hours of fun can be depended on the way you play the game and the new features.

Graphics

The graphics on the game were moderate, Nice texture and detail on the superstars which makes the game of course more realistic and more fun gameplay. Each characters face is nicely detailed but was not perfect. The skins of the superstars werent the best but neither were they the worst, They didnt really stand out as much but in previous versions the skins have never really improved. We can't see the sweat in the game which would make the characters stand out more and would put the more realism into the game. The entrance of the superstars I was very impressed in. The entrance graphics were superb from my view and I really enjoyed the feel of realism.

Sound

Sound isnt really important in the game though the sounds of the superstars hitting the ring wasnt very good. During season mode you do hear the superstars talking which is a nice added feature to the game and feels like your watching the show live, So for fans of WWE the added feature was nice. Hopefully though in the next game there can be more improvement on the sound mainly focus on the bodys hitting against something. Commentators voices are moderate aswell but werent the best and became very repetative.

Gameplay

Gameplay is the main figure of the game and I always enjoy the matches. The game however can become boring after a few hours of exhibition mode because the superstars don't really put up much of a fight and you can easily win most matches in under 5 minutes, even on the hardest difficulty. Gameplay however is very fun though but I would recommend a multiplayer option with friends for a better fight.

Lastability

If your a fan of WWE then you will probably be on this game for weeks. Season mode can normally be completed in under 1 day which is very quick though to the repetative matches and storylines. Exhibition matches last a long while though to some good options which are available.

Overall

Not the perfect Smackdown but it's probably the best of the series yet, Hours of fun for most people. New modes which are always fun aswell and new features which always give a smile to a fans face. Challenge mode is good and is challenging to prove if you are the best at Smackdown. Create a PPV is back and improved Create a Wreslter can be fun. Season however is boring and nothing really interesting happens. For my overall I would give a 7. Lets hope the next Smackdown can be the best one yet, Oh yes and it's worth a buy =D
