I'm stuck I first need charlie and then blue pikmin how to get these two? How do I get charlie and blue pikmin?

I don't know about the blue pikmin, but I do know how to save charlie. Go to the cave you went in as Charlie on the first day in the snowy area. Next, defeat the boss inside the cave. Charlie will drop out of the monster as well as fruit.

Charlie is on the Tundra, you must defeat the giant electric moth first. Take with you yellow Pikmin, red and rocks too for safety. Charlie is inside the moth.

Charlie is in the Distant Tundra. Once you get there, reunite Alph and Brittany. Once you do, go to the ledge with the iron ball, and push that to unlock a cave. Go through the cave, and in the final section will be the second boss, the Vehemoth Phosbat. Defeat him, and Charlie will come out.

For blue pikmin, you must defeat the fifth boss, the Scornet Maestro. Rescue Louie, and you will find blue pikmin the next day via a Spoiler:
