Easy finding legendary dogs!!

Ok heres how to find a legendary dog after beating the elite four once, and completing Celio's quest. First, get a Pokemon at a level such as 49, but nothing over!!!!!!! Then go to the grassy area east of Vermillion City. (This is the best area to find the dog) Then use a max repel. Walk in the grass until you find it. If your don't find it, walk into diglet's cave (just west) and then come out and repeat this. It took me minutes to find my entei!
