There will be times where it will work out quicker to stop moving and wait for a balloon to reappear than carrying on and having to return afterwards for it.
Try to take the balloons in sequence without skipping any otherwise you will find yourself wasting lots of time at the end rushing back across the map to get it.
Get 4 stars in the indicated games to unlock the corresponding challenge.
Unlock Jackknife challenge:
Get 4 stars in both the 10 second workout and the 20 second workout.
Unlock Parrallel stretch challenge:
Get 4 stars in both the 30 second and 60 second workout.
Unlock Pressup challenge:
Get 4 stars on both the 6 reps and 10 reps mode.
When you have chosen your mii you will be taken to the 'Statistics' screen where there is a balance board character running on a treadmill in the background. If you click him using your pointer you will be invited to participate in the ultimate balance test or scale challenge.
The best way to find the far off balloons that have not been popped is to press the 1 button on your remote to zoom out of the mini-map.
The game can tell if your weight does not shift all the way to the ground so you will not be able to fake stepping off the board to push.
To perform turns you have to subtly lean in the direction you want to go and only use slight movements. If you lean too far too quick you will perform a sharp turn and massive overcorrection.
Your Fit Bank will change to the following colour when you have worked out for the corresponding total amount of hours.
Bronze Fit Bank:
Work out for a total time of 10 hours.
Silver Fit Bank:
Work out for a total time of 20 hours.
Gold Fit Bank:
Work out for a total time of 40 hours.
To get longer distances try a one-handed swing, although you would not try this on an actual driving range it will sometimes work in this game.
When you complete the following tasks the corresponding Expert version of the event will become available.
Unlock Snowball Fight:
Get at least 40 points in Advanced Snowball Fight.
Unlock Tilt City:
Do not miss a single ball during a game.
The key to being successful is do perform subtle movements. Avoid shifting your weight too dramatically as the over correction will have you bumping the opposite number as well.
If you are worn out just shake the wii remote slowly when you are jogging and if you time the shakes right it will say things like looking good and excellent.
To get 180 sec without trying, put 2 heavy and exact same weight items on both sides of the board(ie. 3 pound dumbells) after you have gone to the start of the game screen(were it says press a, or after you step on.) then press a, and wait! Your welcome.
