Ok this is a simple hint which I discoved:

Now how many of you bowl like used to abit like most do in real life where you bring your arm up as you realse the ball, DONT- this is a common mistake. For great bowling skills all you have to do is get into a comfatoble postion and try to realse the ball at the side of your leg direct(if proformed correctly the ball will stay on the floor and never have air time) and bowl like this, this will give the ball 89-100% power and should hit centre pin scoring you a strike. This is hard to get used to as the ball usally curves when realsed from your hands when playing this way but as they say "Practise makes perfect" and trust me it does in no time you will be scoring perfect games
