			ABOUT ME [ABME]
____________________________________________________________________________[2]

Behind JPNintendo there's Joao Pedro Lang.

Hi folks, that's just my first FAQ/walkthrough here in GameFAQs / Neoseeker /
GamesRadar, and I did it 'cause I loved to play that game and wanted to play it
more one time, paying attention to every detail I didn't in the first time, and
there's no better way to do it but doing a walkthrough to Nintendo fans and all
Super Mario Galaxy 2 lovers.

Yep, I just love Mario and all the universe around it, and - before you ask me
- I'm never tired of playing the game and MAKING A WALKTHROUGH, just because
THAT GAME IS JUST AWESOME!

------------

Don't worry about my English, if you're wondering if it's not my mother tongue:
it isn't, and that's no problem - I think. I'm Brazilian, but I bet you can
understand my English, anyway.

			ABOUT THE GAME [ABGM]
____________________________________________________________________________[3]

Super Mario Galaxy 2 is one of the most entretaining games of Nintendo Wii, and
a lot of fun, challenge and so much variety, of course, as always in Mario
games. The graphics are very good, probably the best Wii has to offer (now see
the Super Mario 64 game and worry about "how did I think those graphics were
the ultimate thing?"), as well as the story and all the levels and courses,
when everyone has its own, totally breathtaking visual and all the enemies and
the star challenges. The battles with bosses (including Bowser ones) are new
and nice, since that every single one brings to us new things and challenges.
Our favorite Italian plumber has never got a challenge like this one.

The makers of this game can be proud of it, proud of having thought of many
kinds of levels, from the ice to the lava, from the tottaly unexpected to the
nostalgic, old, fun ones, from the 2D to the 3D, making gravity get crazy when
Mario - and Luigi, too - is in the gamestage.

All in the game - the enemies, the power-ups the soundtrack, the visual, the
bosses, the planets, and the challenging levels - is perfect for the fun that
comes when a new Mario game is in the stores! And all of the 242-star
challenges (I'll call it COURSES) are excellent, and keep us on the sofa - or
anywhere else - seeing that wonderful game have place.

That may be a sequel of that first Super Mario Galaxy game, but it's ultimate
in everything it was supposed to be, it made everything everyone was worried
and asking about, and that's why my review grade is 10 as well as IGN's and
GameSPOT's. If you wonder if this game is the best Nintendo Wii has to offer,
well, in my NintendoFanBoy-like opinion, yes. I mean, I haven't played any game
else that was better than this one. And, seeing the game reviews from the game
sites, I say so again - as this is one of the SEVEN games in history that got
10/10 from GameSPOT official reviewers - of ALL TIME. Think now in every game
you've already played. That's it.

Reviews:

US IGN: 10 out of 10
UK IGN: 10 out of 10
AU IGN: 9.7 out of 10
GameSPOT: 10 out of 10
Critic GameSPOT: 9.7 out of 10
User GameSPOT: 9.1 out of 10
GameCritics: 9.5 out of 10
GamingExcellence: 9.8 out of 10
DS-x2: 10 out of 10
Gaming Age: A-
Game Revolution: A-
Cubed 3: 10 out of 10
NZGamer: 9.4 out of 10
PALGN: 9.5 out of 10
Gameplanet: 10 out of 10
Gamestyle: 10 out of 10

You still think that game deserves less than 9.0 out of 10?

Yeah, if you're still wondering if this game is better or not than its
predecessor, well, I think that, with Yoshi's addition, more courses, stars,
challenges, power-ups (of course!), and the new Checkpoint Flags, that give you
the knowledge of "where" you'll be if you die, and all the new challenges,
music (soundtrack), levels and bosses, I think it makes SMG 2 not just a
sequel, but a new game that just mantains the same mechanics as its prequel.

			ABOUT THE WALKTHROUGH [ABWT]
____________________________________________________________________________[4]

Here in this FAQ/Walkthrough, I just tried to give you all the tips and clues
to go there and catch all that stars from all that challenges, as well as doing
some entretaining side challenges. Well, you're going to see it, anyway, when
you're playing the game and, more specificaly, reading the walkthrough. We'll
always start from the beggining, so, when the gamepasses, you'll see how it -
and the walkthrough - works.

The abbreviations used in this FAQ/Walkthrough, like [ABBR] or [x], refer to
their specific content. For example: [ABWT] refer to "[7] About the
Walkthrough". You can use those abbreviations to find a content something
you're reading refer at, or by easily find a galaxy or challenge, or content
just by using the Localize button at your navigator (or CTRL+F). The [x]-
numbered ones were made for a sistematic classification in order of the
content. The fourth content in this guide is [ABWT], so [ABWT] is [4].

The Walkthrough follows a logic way, you advance at it as soon as you get the
Power Stars. I mean, except when a Comet Star or new challenge Star makes you
come back to a galaxy you've already visit, when that new Star will be together
with that galaxy's previous Stars. If that's the 32nd Star we're able to catch
in the game, so it'll not necessarilly be in 32nd place. But, if you wanna
search a specific galaxy, just do CTRL+F with that galaxy abbreviation, like
[ABBR]. See all the abbreviations for the galaxies already in this Walkthrough
at [0] Table of Contents [CONT].

------------

Once you have a query or question, just come send your question to my email -
[email protected] with the word FAQ or JPNintendo or Super Mario Galaxy
2 or SMG 2 in your email title - and I'll answer it soon, on my next version of
the FAQ/Walkthrough.

			VERSION HISTORY [VHSY]
____________________________________________________________________________[5]

[Version 0.10]: July 28th, 2010.

The first version, I added the intro, the controls, moves, power-ups, items,
and did a brief explanation about all the stuff you're going to see in the
game. Added first 3 Stars too, as well as "Welcome to Starship Mario".

[Version 0.20]: July 29th, 2010.

The second version; I added the Friends and Foes content, and also the Useful
Toads content, and the Stars #4 until #12. Correct some mistakes and added some
new minor contents and explanations.

(The first two versions weren't avaiable at www.neoseeker.com)

[Version 0.30]: August 1st, 2010.

I was a little delayed with this one; yep, that's why I came back to my old home
after the weekends. But so I started the walkthrough again and added the Stars
#13 to #24 and almost finished World 2. Also corrected some mistakes on the
later Stars walkthrough, in the Friends and Foes content, Table of Contents and
Controls and Moves. Added new foes to [FDFO] content, as well. Improved Controls
and Moves section, as well as Power-Ups and Items content.

[Version 0.31]: August 2nd, 2010.

Minor adjustments and add-ons. I added Star #25 and the new list of game sites
allowed to host this FAQ/Walkthrough - yep, I want many people reading this.

------------

Future versions will be added to this Version History as they're added to
GameFAQs site. We will consider a new version when I do new changes, like the
adding of new Stars or contents to the FAQ/Walkthrough. Minor fixes, like
fixing of grammar errors or changing of abbreviations WON'T be another version.
If I made it another version the readers may think I added another course, and
won't see any major change.

As the GameFAQs recommends, major significant adds, like more than 5 Stars or
two new contents in the FAQ, deserve a 0.10 adding in the version (like version
0.10 to 0.20), and minor but significant adds, that deserve a new version just
for their addition, like a new Star, FAQ question answered or something like
that will make a 0.01 adding (like v. 0.10 to 0.11).

			PLAYING MODES [PYMD]
____________________________________________________________________________[6]

Single Mode: the Normal Mode, with you as Mario and Luigi - alone. You'll have
to collect the Star Bits and coins, and defeat the enemies, yourself, so it can
be more difficult - and less fun, since a friend is always fine.

Multiplayer (Two-Player) Mode / Co-Star Mode: Since the last game, Super Mario
Galaxy 2 team changed and fixed some details, that are increasing the way the
Co-Star Mode goes. At first, the P2 just brought Star Bits through the P1 -
Mario or Luigi and made Mario or Luigi spin. Now, it can pick Star Bits, and
also pick coins and other useful items, shoot Star Bits and make the Co-Star
Luma - yeah, a Luma - spin for itself.

* Check out [7.5] P2 / Co-Star Luma Moves [PTWO] at [7] Controls and Moves
[CTMV] for the controls and moves of the Co-Star Luma. *

======================
Mario and Luigi Moves: [MLMV]
====================== [7.3]

Walk or Run: Control Stick on the Nunchuk. Tilt it wherever you wanna go.
	* Luigi has way less traction them Mario, it is, he stops with
difficulty. So, in ice slippery grounds, try to make him stop! *

Jump: hold down A. You can do it to reach higher levels or platforms, stomping
some enemies, breaking Yoshi's Egg, grab poles/minor trees, and many other
functions!

Two-Jump: quick jump to jump over heights. A + A as soon as you touch
	the ground.

Triple Jump: long distance needed to jump at high levels. A + A + A.
Press the following A as soon as you touch the ground again.

Wall Jump: jump to scale walls. Multiple AA, as soon as you touch the
	wall you wanna jump out.

Long Jump: jump to launch yourself at far distances. Run + (quickly)
	Z + A.

Backwards Somersault: jump backwards at heights. Z + A while not
	walking.

Ground Pound: after jumping, or while in midair, press Z to ground
pound, and so defeat some enemies or activate Ground Pound Switches.

Super Ground Pound: after jumping, spin and press Z to make a extra-
damaging and cool Super Ground Pound.

Side Jump: To jump straight over the other direction you're running to.
Run in a direction + quickly tilt Nunchuk Control Stick into the other
	direction + A.

Spin Jump: Jump higher by spinning (see Spin): A + shake the Remote
while in midair. You can always combine any jump, not just a simple one,
with a spin, reaching higher or farther levels.

	* Luigi jumps higher than Mario. *

Spin: shake the remote. Spin serves for almost everything: dizzy enemies,
defeat'em, break things, such as ice crystals, activate power-ups, such as
Drill Mario, Fire Mario and Rock Mario, to throw shells, jump higher, attack,
launch yourself from a Launch or Sling Star, getting out of the gravity of a
Pull Star, skate where on an icy ground, just like everything!

Throw Star Bits: you can, pressing B, throw (fire/shoot) Star Bits to feed
Lumas or just stun enemies you throw the Star Bit to, making them confused for
some time, enough for you to defeat them, once for all!

Crouch: press Z to crouch, avoiding enemies and items thrown to you, such as
hammers and boomerangs. You will walk a lot slower, and won't be able to jump
in this mode, though. If you try jumping by pressing A, you're going to
perform a Backward Somersault (Z + A). To stop crouching, just release Z button
on the Nunchuk.

For Koopa Shell controls on ground or underwater, see "On water" section.

---------
On water:
---------

Swimming in the Surface: just tilt your Nunchuk Control Stick wherever you
wanna go. To swim faster, press A constantly.

Back to the Ground: when there's no shallow water, you can jump off the water
to a safe ground by just pressing A or spinning.

Dive: hold down Z to make you dive into the or just underwater.

Swimming Underwater: to swim underwater, hold down A or press A repeatedly to
swim faster.

Grab a Shell: Mario or Luigi can grab a Koopa Shell (green, slower; or red,
faster) by just going into it, or spinning next to it, underwater or on the
ground.

Swim as a Shell: while holding a Koopa Shell, you can swim way faster with it,
and even faster if the shell is red, just automacticaly, so let it go while you
control it in the Control Stick on Nunchuk, when it emits a bright light, while
underwater, that can even defeat Boos. To make it stop, press Z. While on safe
ground, you can't ride it, just hold it.

Fire Shell: you can fire the Koopa Shell you're riding in, making a powerful
destruction that may open cages or defeat enemies, underwater or on the ground.

------------
Ice Skating:
------------

Start skating: where on an freezed ground (icy, not snowy), you can spin to
begin ice skating. With this you can go much faster than the normal way.

Control skating: Tilt the control stick on Nunchuk to control your skating.

Skating backwards: Press Z on the Nunchuk to start skating backwards. You can
perform several mad Mario skills doing that, like jumping twice (Two-Jump) or
three times (Triple Jump) in a row while skating, what you couldn't do while
skating normally.

-------------
Rolling Ball:
-------------

How to control the ball: to get some balance in that unstable rolling ball,
that appear in a few levels, what you should do is hold your Wii Remote
vertically. To go forward, hold it a little forward, if you don't want to lose
the control of the ball. You wanna go backwards? Do the same, but now hold it
backwards. Sideways? Hold sideways. I mean, you must control the Remote as if
it was the rolling ball. Thus you will get that star.

* Beware of Bobombs! If they hit you, your ball is going to explode on the
opposite direction, and you can (I mean, will) die doing this. So, avoid them!*

Jump: hold down A to jump, somewhat stably.

* Nunchuk: here you DON'T use Nunchuk, for nothing. Although, I recommend to
hold it as you normally do, 'couse two hands on the Remote can be a little
funky.

----------------
Fluzzard Flight:
----------------

How to control the Fluzzard: a Fluzzard is a purple, huge bird that can make
you fly, with him, by the clouds. Well, if you can control it. If you hit
something, you'll lose health, but if the hit was too strong you'll die, so
control it up! Make your Remote the Fluzzard, like the Rolling Ball, but now,
if you wanna fly normally, hold your Remote pointing at the screen. If you
wanna go left, turn it left, a LITTLE left. Do the same with the right,
downwards and upwards.

* As there are some race challenges, where you must defeat the other birds in a
race, you should point your Remote down to dive, and so keep diving so you can
go faster than ever! Yeah, so, in that race challenges, you may dive whenever -
and wherever - you can. But remember: diving makes you go downwards, so don't
use it where the ground is near or point the Remote just A LITTLE down. *

============
Yoshi Moves: [YSMV]
============ [7.4]

[Getting Started:]

How to break Yoshi's egg: Jump on the egg to break it. You can also spin near
it or ground pound it.

How to hop on Yoshi: Jump on Yoshi, spin near it or ground pount in his back,
as you do to break his egg. Hope it doesn't hurt him...

[After you hop on Yoshi:]

Walk or Run: Control Stick on the Nunchuk. Tilt it wherever you wanna go.

Jump: hold down A. So you can jump and stomp enemies, like many other uses.

Two-Jump: Hold down A twice in a row to make Yoshi go higher.

Flutter Jump: Press A constantly to make Yoshi float in midair. You can
do multiple Flutter Jumps, just by, when the breath necessary to the
initial Flutter Jump gets out, releasing and soon holding down A again
while not on the ground. Though, there's a tricky way to do multiple
Flutter Jumps without falling. That's the Infinite Flutter Jump
	(following).

Infinite Flutter Jump [glitch]: that's a glitch kinda difficult to
perform. While performing the Flutter Jump, press Z when STILL PRESSING
A, quickly release A and Z, and quickly press A again to do another
Flutter Jump. Be careful not to press A while still pressing Z. A good
way to guarantee this is by strongly holding down A, and then Z and
releasing it quickly but not so	quickly that you're pressing Z + A, like
a Backward Somersault. Doing it requires a little practice, if you're
wondering, but it can be very useful in tough courses.

Side Jump: just like Mario and Luigi, Yoshi can perform a Side Jump to
jump over the other direction it's moving to. Just like Mario's one,
it's performing by: tilting the control stick on one direction, quickly
tilting it over the other direction and pressing quickly A when doing
	this, to reach higher levels.

Spin: shake the remote. Spin serves for almost everything it serves as Mario.
Yoshi's Spin Attack is also stronger and cooler.

Aim, Grab and Throw Items and Enemies: Yoshi can grab items like power-ups at
long distances, eat or dizzy enemies, throw shells, eat berries, and many other
things with his tongue. To aim at an item/enemy, select it by pointing the Wii
Remote at it in the screen. Press B to eat or grab it and B again, when there's
an arrow after your pointer at the screen (little star "P1"), to throw it and
stomp other enemies or defeat bosses. You can throw things such as boomerangs,
hammers thrown onto you, or Bullet Bills you ate, or maybe even shells from
enemies you ate. * Multitarget: Yoshi's able to eat or grab until three items/
enemies at once. Just pass quickly your pointer at the screen in those targets,
and then press B. What a hunger, huh?! *

Dismount Yoshi: the only way to dismount Yoshi, I mean, jumpin off that
dinosaur, is by performing a Backward Somersault: Z + A. You'll dismount Yoshi
automactically if you, as Yoshi, get hurt. In this case, Yoshi will run over
and can even die by falling out. Be careful! If you catch a Cloud Mushroom and
so turn into Cloud Mario/Luigi, you'll also dismount, 'cause Cloud Mario and
Yoshi don't like each other anyway. When dismounting by any reason, you'll have
a brief period of time to get back to Yoshi, unless he'll turn into his egg
again and come back to his original nest. Fortunately, there are nests with
Yoshi Eggs all over the Yoshi stages.

Double Jump: You can also dismount Yoshi in midair, it is, during a (Infinite)
Flutter Jump, by the same way. You'll perform a Backward Somersault, as well,
but you're going to reach higher distances than you ever could performing a
normal Flutter Jump; your jump will be somewhat uncontrollable, though.

Crouch: with Yoshi, you can crouch just as you do as Mario/Luigi. Again, press
Z on the Nunchuk to crouch, avoiding enemies and items thrown into you. You'll
also going to walk slower and unable to jump without getting out your crouching
position.

========================
P2 / Co-Star Luma Moves: [PTWO]
======================== [7.5]

Collecting / Throwing Star Bits: the 2nd player can also collect Star Bits by
pointing his Wii Remote to the screen and throw them into the enemies or other
fellows (like Hungry Lumas) by pressing B.

Collecting other items: Co-Star Luma can also collect special items, such as
coins and also air bubbles, coconuts/watermelons thrown into you, 1-Up
Mushrooms, and other items, just by pressing A, then the Luma will bring it to
the P1 player when you spin. Holding down A will make the Luma hold the item
and releasing the button when Mario needs it.

Making enemies dizzy: you can stun enemies, like Goombas, Koopas, Octoombas and
the mostly other ones just by pointing the Wiimote at the screen, selecting the
enemy and holding down A. They'll be freezed over for just a moment. Not just
enemies, but also fireballs and other inanimate things can be freezed/stunned/
stopped, like electric fences and Yoshi, then he doesn't run away when an enemy
hits you and him. With Chain Chomps, for example, if you stop of of them, in a
row, you can make one hit another and both to break.

Taking Star Bits from Lumas and golden butterflies: with the P2, you can select
(press A) a Luma or a group of golden butterflies that flies away randomly in
the levels, and then spinning to get some Star Bits they've eaten.

Spin Attack: Co-Star Luma can spin as well as his P1 fellow, I mean, she can
defeat enemies and break ice crystals too, by just holding down A and shaking
the Wii Remote.

D-Pad: cool sounds come from P1's Wiimote.

Camera Moves: [CMMV]
============= [7.6]

While doing a Camera Move, see if it is allowed, in the Camera sign at the
right of the screen. If it's not allowed, there will be some like a "(/)" sign.
Allowed moves are shown highlighted, in blue.

First-Person Camera: change camera to see first-person view, from Mario, Luigi
or Yoshi. To get this first-person view, press UP on the Camera D-Pad (+) on
your Wii Remote. While you're in this camera mode, you can't move, 'cause the
control stick in Nunchuk is now used to change view side to side, upwards or
downwards.

Reset Camera as in First-Person View: when you're in first-person view and want
to reset the camera to the normal mode, just press the down button in the
Camera D-Pad (+) or A on the Wiimote.

Turn Camera Left/Right: to turn the camera sideways, just press the
corresponding button in the Wiimote.

Center Camera: pressing C round button on the Nunchuk, the camera view will
center behind Mario.

			POWER-UPS AND ITEMS [PWIT]
____________________________________________________________________________[8]

=================================================================
MARIO AND LUIGI POWER-UPS (in the order they appear in the game): [MPWR]
***************************************************************** [8.1]

====================
1-Up Mushroom / 1-Up
====================

Extra life.

Losing this power-up: disappears once you die, obviously, and (all of the extra
ones you've collected) every once you reload the game or are beaten by GAME
OVER. I mean, when you do this, you'll have then just 4 lives.

============
Rainbow Star
============

Makes you invincible! Now you can just run around and kill as many enemies as
you want, just by passing through them! You can even kill undefeatable enemies
in other form, like Chain Chomps. You'll run faster, by some time, and then,
when the Rainbow Star power is running out, you'll become slower. Yeah,
unfairly this Star is usable just for some seconds. Your jumps will get higher
too. Since you never get hurt using this, the only way to lose this star is
when the time limit finishes (or if you die, exit the galaxy, or reload the
game).

Losing this power-up: after some seconds.

* You'll lose all the following power-ups if you die, get out of the galaxy
you're playing in, reload the game or are beaten by GAME OVER. So, this
information will be omitted on the next power-ups. *

=============
Life Mushroom
=============

Increases your current life (known as hit points), from 3 to 6. If you get hit
and your life meter goes down 4, however, you lose this mushroom power.

==========   ===========   ===========
Spin Drill / Drill Mario / Drill Luigi
==========   ===========   ===========

With this power-up you'll be able to drill around, when there's a dirt ground.
Metal or lava/ice grounds doesn't accept digging over. You can use it mostly
to dig until the other side of a planet, reaching high platforms you couldn't
before - or if doing that was difficult.

How to drill/dig: spin, by shaking your Remote.
Losing this power-up: if you get hit or touch water.

============   ===========   ===========
Cloud Flower / Cloud Mario / Cloud Luigi
============   ===========   ===========

You can use this to create temporary cloud-like platforms, specifically three.
With this you can also scale clouds anywhere. Since you have only 3 clouds to
make appear, you should make they appear smartly, once you get height or after
a long jump. You should also be kind of fast, since the clouds just mantain for
5 seconds. How to know how many clouds you can make? See the little clouds that
follow Cloud Mario/Luigi's cap. If there's 2 clouds following it, there are
more 2 clouds you're able to create.

How to create flowers: spin, by shaking your Remote.
Losing this power-up: if you touch water, get hit or hop on Yoshi.

===========   ==========   ==========
Fire Flower / Fire Mario / Fire Luigi
===========   ==========   ==========

This power-up will allow you to defeat enemies, by launching a fire ball
through them. You can use it to destroy boxes or other things that may be
blocking your path.

How to shoot fire balls: spin, by shaking your Remote.
Losing this power-up: you're gonna lose this upgrade after some time, so be
fast; if you get hit before this time runs out, you'll also lose your fire
power.

=============   ==========   ==========
Rock Mushroom / Rock Mario / Rock Luigi
=============   ==========   ==========

With this mushroom you become a rock that can roll over, killing (bowling) the
enemies on your path, breaking ice crystals (or other breakable things), or
just make vertical platforms go horizontally, performing you a bridge, with a
big bowl-punch, though. How to roll over: spin, by shaking your Remote. Then
you will be able to control, with the Nunchuk pad, your moves around, with a
little difficulty. You can roll within just 4 seconds (or touching a solid
structure that you break or just make you stop), though. You'll lose rock power
by getting hit by an enemy when not rolling over or touching water.

How to roll around: spin, by shaking your Remote.
How to control your rolling: tilt the Nunchuk control stick, then Rock Mario/
Luigi goes rolling around, with a little difficulty.
Stopping rolling around: after some seconds, or touching a solid structure that
makes you stop.
Losing this power-up: if you get hit by a foe or if you touch water.

============   =========   =========
Bee Mushroom / Bee Mario / Bee Luigi
============   =========   =========

It works exactly as in Super Mario Galaxy (1) game. But, if you haven't played
(or if you don't remember), here's the explanation on it all: with this
mushroom power-up, you can fly over the worlds, reaching high platforms, flower
platforms you couldn't before, or clouds in midair. How to fly: press down A or
your Wii Remote. You will stop flying and going down if your flying meters
reaches zero, so be careful. You can stop flying by stopping pressing A, but
then you'll get down. You'll also lose your ability to fly if you get hit,
touch water, hop on Yoshi, die, get out of that galaxy, or reload the game.

How to fly around: hold down A to fly.
Stopping flying: stop pressing A; you'll also stop flying when the Fly Meter /
Gauge goes zero.
Losing this power-up: if you get hit by a foe, touch water or hop on Yoshi.

===============   ============   ============
Spring Mushroom / Spring Mario / Spring Luigi
===============   ============   ============

With this upgrade you can jump and bounce to reach really high platforms,
levels or items, in a way you couldn't do neither with your highest jump. You
will always be jumping around, so be careful 'couse your moves can make you
jump to your end! How to bounce high: press A when you reach the ground after
jumping around. You'll lose your spring-like body when you get hit, die, get
out of the galaxy or reload that game.

How to jump around: you'll automactically jump; to jump higher than ever, press
and hold down A when touching the ground.
Losing this power-up: if you get hit by an enemy.

============   =========   =========
Boo Mushroom / Boo Mario / Boo Luigi
============   =========   =========

As in Super Mario Galaxy (1) game, with this, you can float in midair, even get
yourself go through the winds, float up to reach upper platforms, and get
invisible, to get through obstacles.

How to float around: you'll be always floating about; if you wanna reach upper
platforms, hold down A to float higher.
How to vanish: spin, by shaking your Remote.
Losing this power-up: get hit, or lightened out.

==============================================
YOSHI POWER-UPS (also in chronological order): [YPWR]
********************************************** [8.2]

===========   ==========
Dash Pepper / Dash Yoshi
===========   ==========

A strong, red pepper that makes Yoshi run extremely fast, even to walk through
vertical platforms and run over water. But be careful - the effect passes out
through some time and Yoshi gets somewhat uncontrollable with this pepper. It
needs some practice to control it out.

How to dash around: tilt the Control Stick on the direction you wanna go; this
Dash Yoshi is kind of difficult to control, so be careful.
Losing this power-up: if you get hit by an enemy.

===========   ===========
Blimp Fruit / Blimp Yoshi
===========   ===========

That blue fruit transforms Yoshi into a balloon that will float high until his
lungs can work.

How to fly about: you'll fly automactically; just tilt the Control Stick on the
direction you want to go.
How to hold Yoshi's breath: press A.
Losing this power-up: when the Fly Meter / Gauge reaches zero (way faster than
the Bee Mario Fly Meter).

==========   ===========
Bulb Berry / Light Yoshi
==========   ===========

After eating that fruit, Yoshi starts to brighten out, I mean, emiting a
yellow, bright light that reveals invisible platforms. Actually, it doesn't
"reveal" them, because you CAN'T walk over them without Light Yoshi. It has
time to pass off, so hurry up!

How to lighten out: you're gonna lose the ability of bright out your path when
the time runs out, so be careful or you'll fall out of a bottomless pit.
Losing this power-up: you'll lose the light power after the brightening time
runs out.

ITEMS: [ITEM]
****** [8.3]

**********
*** Stars:
**********

===========
Launch Star
===========

Big orange stars, made from Lumas, that can launch you into another planet or
at a considerable distance, always with the help of gravity, just by spinning
on it.

==========
Sling Star
==========

Like a Launch Star, but smaller; they also launch you at a smaller distance
than the Launch Star does. To launch you, just spin in it.

=========
Pull Star
=========

Little, blue stars that pull you over them with their gravity power. To grab
one of them, just point your Remote at the screen and select the one you wanna
grab (pressing A). To get out of the Pull Stars to safe ground, just spin. You
must be constantly holding down A, otherwise you'll be pulled out continuously
until the Pull Star gravity is off. (Stop holding A can be useful, to be pulled
out of the Pull Star's gravity until a Launch Star, much more useful, for
example.)

==========
Power Star
==========

These are common Stars you collect in the galaxies. You need some of them to
pass through obstacles on your World Map (see [11] World Map [WRDM] for further
information), and 70 to be able to beat the game. Though, there are 108 of
these Stars at all!

-----------
Hidden Star
===========

These are normal Power Stars that don't have a course to themselves, they're
actually hidden in previous ones. They'll show up with a ? on it, on a course
you've finished up. As they are HIDDEN stars, there's no clue for them in the
beggining of the courses! Mostly Hidden Star come from Hungry Lumas.

----------
Grand Star
==========

Another kind of Power Star that you get by defeating a boss at the final
battle of the World you're in. Getting this Star will allow you to go into
another world.

----------
Comet Star
==========

Just like normal Power Stars, except that those ones are special, I mean, a
different challenge with a little more difficulty. See [6] Prankster Comets
[PKCM] to know more about comets and Comet Stars.

-----------
Bronze Star
===========

Kind of Power Stars you can get by using the Cosmic Guide, if you're in
trouble. Of course, these ones are not as shiny as the other normal golden
ones. They count as well as the others, but they are not as cool. You know what
I mean? But, of course, you can always go back to the course to beat it,
without the help of the Cosmic Guide. For further information about Cosmic
Guide, see [7] Cosmic Guide and Ghosts [CGGH].

---------
Grey Star
=========

That ones are Stars from previous courses you've already played and collected
the normal Power Star (or Grand Star), or other kinds of stars (every kind but
Launch Stars, Sling Stars, Pull Stars and Bronze Stars). They count nothing,
they're just for fun.

{ SPOILER ALERT! }

============
World S Star
============

Well, these ones are as shiny, cool and golden as a normal Power Star, but
they AREN'T, because, when you catch them, the game's beaten once, and they
don't serve as POWER. You can look for them in the World S (Secret World),
after you defeat Bowser in the final battle once.

==========
Green Star
==========

Those are not Power Stars, since the game is already beaten and they're not as
shiny... or golden. After you have 120 Stars and beat the game once again, the
Green Comets will come. That are hidden throughout the previous galaxies, some
times VERY WELL hidden, and it's of course very funny and entretaining to look
out for them. Despite of the fact they're not Power Stars, they count as them.

================
Grandmaster Star
================

These ones aren't Power Stars, since the game's already beaten; you can find
this Grandmaster Star in Grandmaster Galaxy, just after you collect all Power
Stars, World S Stars and Green Stars (240 Stars total). This one could be a
World S Star, since Grandmaster Galaxy IS in World S, but these seem shinier
than the other ones.

{ SPOILERS END HERE. }

===========
Silver Star
===========

Small silver-colored Star, part of a group of 5 hidden and/or scattered
throughout some courses / planets. Catching all five guarantees a golden and
shiny Power Star or other kind of normal Star! Catch'em if you can!

*****************
*** Comet Medals:
*****************

Once at a galaxy, in the first course, there's a Comet Medal hidden somewhere.
Here in the Walkthrough, always there's a Comet Medal to collect, there'll be a

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################-like alert, so you won't miss it at all!

Well, but why not to miss it? It may look like a side challenging quest, but
it's useful - and how! With these comet medals, you can make PRANKSTER COMETS
appear, and also new stars and courses!

* See [9] Prankster Comets [PKCM] for further information about those comets. *

**********
*** Coins:
**********

===========
Normal Coin
===========

Little yellow round coins, they make you earn health, increasing your health
power by 1 hit point. After collecting 100 coins, you'll earn a 1-Up after
getting out of the course - NO LIFE FOR 50 COINS IN THE COURSE.

===========
Purple Coin
===========

Appear when the Purple Coin Prankster Comet is in orbit in a galaxy. They DON'T
INCREASE YOUR HEALTH, and are collectable items. Collecting them, you earn a
Comet Star! Pretty nice, huh?

======
? Coin
======

Huge coins with a ? on it. Collecting these ones make something happen or
appear, like Normal Coins, Star Bits, 1-Ups, Rainbow Notes platforms appear or
move. There are even challenges with that coins, which consist in grabbing, at
first, a ? Coin, revealing a lot of Normal Coins, grabbing them all, making
other Normal Coins appear, and so on. How much coins can you collect?

**************
*** Star Bits:
**************

Little bits that constantly fall from the sky or are scattered through the
levels. Collectable items that doesn't make 1-Ups appear, but can be used to
feed Hungry Lumas, mantain at Bank Toad or make comets appear.

*********************
*** Checkpoint Flags:
*********************

Like the Midway Flags in every 2D Mario game, but those ones are not at midway
point, but at important places strategically located. In the first Super Mario
Galaxy there were checkpoints, but they weren't signed by flags. Now they are -
but the checkpoint only activates after you pass through that flag, or just
spin near it, or make Yoshi's tongue touch it. How are they? Well, you can
easily recognize them: they're black Bowser-faced flags that become red with a
"M" on it (if you hit it as Mario) or green with a "L" on it (as Luigi).

*****************
*** Chance Cubes:
*****************

Those ones, located at courses, side quests at warp pipes and in Starship
Mario, depending on the side they get up after you spin into it, making it
roll, can make 1-Ups (one or more at once a time), Coins, Star Bits, or even
enemies (Bowser's face) appear in their place.

*************
*** Switches:
*************

==============
Normal Switch:
==============

Pass over that switch to make something appear or happen. It's that one from
the Starship Mario, for example.

===========
Flipswitch:
===========

Pass over that blue ? switch to make it yellow and !-like. When you've passed
over every flipswitch, they will all turn green and reveal something, like a
Launch Star, Power Star or something like this.

====================
Spring Pad / Switch:
====================

They are Switches that, like a Spring, launch you up as soon as you touch them.
They have a two-feet mark on it.

====================
Ground Pound Switch:
====================

They are Ground Poundable switches, that make you go high, or just reveal coins
or Star Bits. You know them 'couse they have the mark of a butt ground-pounding
it. Yeah, that's a butt.

***********
*** Blocks:
***********

========
? Block:
========

Special blocks that can reveal special prizes/things such as coins and Star
Bits at once or by continuosly pressing it - I mean, jumping into it. You
WON'T break them if you ground pound them.

---------------
Flying ? Block:
===============

Kind of ? Block, but it has wings and flies over a minor space. Despite of the
fact they're always flying, it's not difficult to break it.

========
! Block:
========

They do the same of the ? Blocks.

============
Brick Block:
============

Breakable blocks. Break them by jumping over them. There are few appearances of
those (the opening is one of them).

============
Snake Block:
============

Pink blocks that will constantly move up, front, sideway or backwards. Try to
follow them! They commonly appear above lava or strange pruple ectoplasma
grounds.

			FRIENDS AND FOES [FDFO]
____________________________________________________________________________[9]

=====================
FRIENDS (CHARACTERS): [FRND]
********************* [9.1]

=====
Mario [PLAYABLE]
=====

Our favorite plumber. The all-time pipe digger. The ethernal hero of Mushroom
Kingdom. The disastrous italian. The mascot of Nintendo. "It's a-me, MARIO!"
Since when he was just an adjuvant on Donkey Kong games, this hero has appeared
in more than 50 games, passing through all the official Mario series (Mario
Bros., Super Mario Bros. (1, 2, 3 and Lost Levels), Super Mario World, SM 64,
SM Sunshine and the series Super Mario Galaxy (1 and 2). And also makes his
appearance at other games and sagas, like Paper Mario series, and New Super
Mario Bros. - DS and Wii, also Super Smash Bros., Mario Tennis, Mario Golf,
Mario Football, and so on.

Mario's always that Peach lover that, as she invites him for a cake party,
has to go behind Bowser, that hijackes her before she could make even a slice
o'cake. Always the same story, but also always the same fun!

=====
Luigi [PLAYABLE]
=====

Luigi, Mario's bro, younger but taller twin brother, and green Italian plumber.
He's followed Mario since the Bros. series, until now, making his appearance
almost wherever Mario goes. Here, he appears as a second possible player, and
as the "lost bro".

That's Luigi, all-time Mario bro!

=====
Yoshi [PLAYABLE WITH MARIO OR LUIGI]
=====

"We should team up! Come on! Hop on my back!" Mario's friend and hopping
dinosaur, this little fellow transforms Mario in a killing machine since Super
Mario World and SMW: Yoshi's Island. Then, he had disappeared from the main
Mario series, until now, when he stays as Mario's ultimate fellow.

==============
Princess Peach
==============

Since Super Mario Bros., the story's the same: Mario loves Peach; Peach, I
mean, Princess Peach Toadstool, princess of the Mushroom Kingdom, loves Mario,
and wants to bake him a slice of cake, when Bowser appears and hijackes her.
Of course, Peach is the ultimate prize of Mario trip around the galaxies,
worlds, or anything else in Mario games. So, he's why you're collecting all
those Stars - and for fun, too, of course!

======
Bowser
======

The King Koopa. The ultimate Mario antagonist. The stomping demon guy. The
hijacker of Peach. From Kuppa to Bowser, that guy has always hijacked the
Princess when Mario's out and sent his sons (including his ultimate one, Bowser
Jr.) and also himself to catch, defeat, kill and stomp Mario - whatever you (or
he) want.

Always stealing things, scattering Stars and hijacking Peach, that guy's just
the ultimate antagonist and as always, the final warrior on the final battle of
Mario games.

==========
Bowser Jr.
==========

As Bowser's youngest son, that little guy always wanted to fight Mario himself
- and now he can, with the help of several machines and also dragons. This
secondary antagonist of Mario and Luigi, and also all the Mushroom Kingdom,
seems to be the half way to Bowser battle, like Bowser's trying to do first
with that one, then with himself.

=====
Lumas
=====

Those star-shaped creatures are just colored fellows that help you out, and
help themselves as they make reality the dream of becoming a Launch Star, a
Power Star, and also a planet or galaxy. There are several transforming Lumas,
like the common ones, that can transform into Launch Stars, and the Hungry
ones, that become planets or even galaxies. They are always around their
"mama", Rosalina, having her home at her observatory and also on Starship
Mario, in many colors.

-----
Lubba
=====

Lumas head honcho, that purple Luma fellow built Starship Mario and then is
taking care of the Starship with his Luma guys as well. It's known as a
awful wisecracking Luma, that tell horrible jokes. It also gives pieces of
advice to Mario when he (and you) is playing the game.

-----------
Hungry Luma
===========

A Hungry Luma is a kind of Luma that wants more and more Star Bits or Coins,
and may transform into galaxies (if you call them to your faceship) or into
planets (if you feed them at galaxies and courses). They also commonly want
more coins or Star Bits than you actually have, making you crazy for getting
and collecting them out.

-------------------
Lumalee / Shop Luma
===================

"Lumalee! Lumabop! Welcome to the Luma Shop!" A shop owner, that Lumalee, also
refered to as Shop Luma, is a happy Luma that sells useful things in its shop,
I mean power-ups (choice between 1-Up and Life Mushrooms), just before a boss
battle, when it's usual to get very hurt. The price is 30 Star Bits.

=====
Toads
=====

The ethernal Mushroom retainers, those little mushroom-like fellows, in many
colors, are the subjects of Mushroom Kingdom and always serve Princess Peach.
But now, Bowser's kidnapped her, and all they need - and have - to do is
helping Mario on his path to save his beloved princess. On their Starshroom,
they travel through the galaxies to save Mario. There's always the Captain
(red), the sleepy (yellow) and the other Toads (green, blue and pink ones)
in the Toad Brigade, that swore to be with Mario throughout his adventure.

			PRANKSTER COMETS [PKCM]
___________________________________________________________________________[10]

Prankster Comets are comets that mad out the galaxy they go to. They're like
the ones from Super Mario Galaxy (1), except the fact that now you can skip
that challenge and go for other courses in the galaxy. More kinds of challenges
were added, as well. They seem to appear randomly at the galaxies, but seem to
follow always the same path through the galaxies, as well.

See the new (and old) kinds of Prankster Comets in SMG 2 below:

You'll have a time limit to complete a part of a course or the whole course;
maybe you get some clocks at the way-on - anyway, hurry up!

Romp Comets: [RMPC]
============ [10.2]

Kind of Speed Run Comets. Except for the fact that, in those ones you won't
have to complete a course (or part of it), but a challenge that consists to
kill an certain amount of enemies on a short time limit. Always doing it at a
logic way, like going clockwise, and a little practice or just mad Mario skills
- helps. Hope you can get these Comet Stars!

====================
Cosmic Clone Comets: [CCLC]
==================== [10.3]

Oh, no! Cosmic Clones! Yep, that little fellows (yeah, FELLOWS - now they
multiply) will always follow you. It means: never follow your own track, or you
will meet a Cosmic Clone and been hit; always be moving, if you have to move
slowly, move one step at a time. An improvement from Super Mario Galaxy (1)
Cosmic Clone is that you don't have to be faster than him, THEY follow you!

===================
Double Time Comets: [DBTC]
=================== [10.4]

These mischievous comets will make you run and long jump a lot, and you'd
better hurry up, 'cause those platforms and enemies are moving so much faster!
Warning of getting hit before you think of it! Hope you get to the star at the
end...

=================
Daredevil Comets: [DDVC]
================= [10.5]

Those comets may kill you off many times if you're not familiar; hope you have
many lives. Well, the Daredevil Comets, as in SMG 2's prequel, when in orbit,
make you have just - and NO MORE THAN - 1 hit point, it means, YOU CAN'T, NO
WAY, GET HIT, all the way through a course or in part of it. Of course, the
most challenging levels are with boss fights and still no hits...

===================
Purple Coin Comets: [PPCC]
=================== [10.6]

When those strange comets are in orbit, 100 or more Purple Coins stay scattered
throughout the level, and you have to get (all) 100 Purple Coins to get that
tough star. Hope you catch'em! =)

Some times more than one comet is in orbit, and you have to pay attention at
two challenges at once (for example: being followed by Cosmic Clones with a
time to get Purple Coins. Yeah.).

How to make a Prankster Comet appear? Catch Comet Medals!

* See [8.3] Items [ITEM] at [8] Power-Ups and Items [PWIT] for further
information about those medals. *

_______________________________________________________________________________

			COSMIC GUIDE AND GHOSTS [CGGH]
___________________________________________________________________________[11]

=============
Cosmic Guide: [CSCG]
============= [11.1]

After you die 10 times in a course, the Rosalina-shaped Cosmic Spirit will be
in a critical part of the level, to save you. I mean, to control your mind so
you can complete the level safely. This Guide is a great addition to SMG 2
after its prequel, so you can complete tough levels perfectly. Althought, the
Star you get with the help of Cosmic Guide is a Bronze Star, not so shiny or
cool as the golden one. But, always you can come back to that course to get the
cool, golden Star.

* See [8.3] Items [ITEM] at [8] Power-Ups and Items [PWIT] for more information
about those Bronze Stars. *

=======
Ghosts: [GHST]
======= [11.2]

Once you play, and get the Star at the end of a course playing as Luigi, when
you come at that course again you'll be able to have a speed run after the
Staff Ghost, a ghost of Luigi playing as recorded by the staff crew of the
game. Attention: you earn absolutely NOTHING by defeating the ghost. I mean
NOTHING. Well, at least the challenge is made =).

			USEFUL TOADS [TOAD]
___________________________________________________________________________[12]

When the Toad Brigade appears on the Starship, after Spin-Dig Galaxy's first
course ("Digga-Leg's Planet"), a little Useful Toads will appear near the wheel
on Starship Mario:

========================
[13.1] Bank Toad [BANK]:
************************

He holds Star Bits for us. He can help share the Star Bits you've collected
with the other players and if also keep it safe, on the stock market. Why
keeping those Star Bits here? To:

- feed Hungry Lumas: yeah, that's the main spot. Feeding those fellows.

- see the different wears of the Banker (Bank Toad):

when you have...	he wears out as...
0 - 100 Star Bits	little Toad holding a Star Bit
	1000 - 2000 Star Bits	glasses Toad
	2000 - 4000 Star Bits	Toad warrior
	4000 - 6000 Star Bits	digging Toad
6000 - 8000 Star Bits	scuba suit Toad
	8000 - 9999 Star Bits	exploring Toad

- when you have 241 Stars total, maybe adding 9999 Star Bits at the Bank Toad
helps doing.... well, you're gonna see it.

To deposit or withdraw Star Bits, press OK and so "Deposit" or "Withdraw". It
goes faster the more Star Bits you deposit or withdraw, and can deposit (or
withdraw) the many Star Bits you want to.

After depositing or withdrawing, Bank Toad will possibly give you a 1-Up
Mushroom "he found".

========================
[13.2] Mail Toad [MAIL]:
************************

He delivers to Mario and guards all the leters he receives - from Princess
Peach, Rosalina, and the inviting quests too.

			THE WORLD MAP [WDMP]
___________________________________________________________________________[13]

Here in the World Map, at first you won't have almost nothing to explore (just
a few galaxies), but here you can see the explanation of it all, and you'll
discover a lot also when you're playing the game.

In this map, you can move by using the cursor or by pointing at the place/
galaxy you want to go, and then pressing A.

To select it, press A, and then press Fly to That Galaxy, or, if it's a blank
space, you can press Go Back to Starship Mario. If it's a Hungry Luma, then
you'll be able to call it to the starship and then feed it. If it's a pipe,
it'll warp you into the exit pipe.

To be able to move through other galaxies, you'll need to unlock them, by
collecting your first star on a previous galaxy, or, if there's a Star or Star
Bit Obstacle, by collecting enough Power Stars or giving an "x" number of Star
Bits to a Hungry Luma (feed it by throwing Star Bits, with B, to its mouth).

By clicking over Zoom Out, in the top right corner, you can travel through the
worlds you've already unlocked.

Now see the representations I made for the Worlds, as you see them in the
World Map:

Symbols:
[ABBR] = represents a Galaxy (its abbreviated name, ABBR, inside the
			brackets).
@ = represents a path that Starship Mario can always pass
through. They're just like a real vacuum space between
two Galaxies, you can easily pass over.
	    %X	= warp pipe "X"
	   (y)	= represents a Star Obstacle, it is, you must have "y" Stars
			to pass	through this one.
{z}	= represents a Star Bit Obstacle, I mean, a Hungry Luma you
must feed with "z" Star Bits to pass through.
	     #	= represents a Star Bit ice crystal that floats between the
galaxies. If you pass through one of these with the
Starship Mario icon, the Star Bits will follow the icon
until they hit the icon, adding some (5) Star Bits to
			your collection.
-, |, \ and /	= represent a way between galaxies or spaces between them, in
			the map.
=, \\ and //	= represent a way between spaces in the map connected by a
secret path, revealed by feeding a Hungry Luma after
calling it to your face... I mean, starship.
<-- and -->	= represent a world turning, when you easily go from one World
to its following or previous World.

			THE STORY BEGINS [STRY]
___________________________________________________________________________[14]

"Now, let me tell you a new story that also begins with stardust..." - that's
how Rosalina (I think she's the Narrator) begins Super Mario Galaxy 2 story for
all of us.

You'll receive a letter from Princess Peach, as always inviting you to eat a
slice of a special cake. Then you'll be able to control Mario.

Then you can catch some Star Bits, and exercise your moves in the game.

* For more information, see Controls and Moves - SOON. *

You'll see a lost Luma, and then you'll be able to spin - to break things and
defeat enemies, later.

So, you see Bowser again, now extremely huge, and, by the umpteenth time, he
hijackes Peach before she makes any slice of cake, and you'll now have to go
behind all that stars to be able to save her......

Now you must go forward, and talk to the Lumas near Peach's castle. You'll
have a conversation about the lost (Young Master) Luma, and so one of the
shining Lumas will transform into a Launch Star. Spin to launch yourself into
the course selection screen.

* See more about Launch Stars and other Items in [8.3] Items [ITEM] at [8]
Power-Ups and Items [PWIT]. *

So you go to first course in the Super Mario Galaxy 2, in the course selection
screen. Hope you're familiar with it. If you're not, it's pretty simple - just
point at the star/level/course you wanna play.

		[15]	SKY STATION GALAXY [SKST]
		[15.1]	PEEWEE PIRANHA'S TEMPER TANTRUM - STAR #1 [PWPT]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Yoshi House Planet

As soon as you start, go right and enter the orange pipe to get a 1-Up Mushroom
on the other side of the planet.

* What is a 1-Up Mushroom? See [8.3] Items [ITEM] at [8] Power-Ups and Items
[PWIT]. *

Get into that pipe again, and manage right to the other green pipe. On the
other side of the planet, there's a Tip Network that will show you how to SPIN
to defeat enemies. Right there, there's a ? Block that, broken, will reveal
some Star Bits.

Now get to the top of the hill and break the ice crystal by spinning besides
it. Manage to that Luma on the other side of the top of Yoshi's House, and so
it transforms into a Launch Star to launch you off to another planet.

*** 2nd planet: Grass Planet

Here in this planet, just follow the Luma, watching out for the Octoombas and
the platforms, that appear and disappear. On the second one there's a ? Switch
with some Star Bits. On the third ones, a 1-Up Mushroom (be careful not to fall
off!).

Pass through the Checkpoint Flag, and catch that ? Coin to make some musical
notes (Rainbow Notes) appear. Catch them all, and you'll make three 1-Up
Mushrooms appear (careful of Octoombas!). After the fourth platform, go to a
Switch (Warp Pad) on the ground and spin on it to teleport you into the Bonus
Planet.

[B] 3rd Planet: Bonus Planet

Bonus Planets are planets that you see in most of the stages, in which you must
defeat seven enemies, with help of a Rainbow Star, Yoshi or just single to get
3 1-Up Mushrooms, with a time limit. After this time limit finishes off, you'll
be teleported back to the Switch. Then you'll not be able to go back (unless
for glitches).

In this one, you'll have to defeat, careful for not just falling into the
nearest black hole, seven Octoombas, that will throw - all of them, together -
into you painful rocks. But there's no problem, since you have a Rainbow Star!
Catch it and just touch the Octoombas to get your 1-Up Mushrooms.

* Back to Grass Planet *

Go over the fourth platform (beware of Octoombas!) and jump over the last
platforms to get to the Luma, that will, once again, transform into a Launch
Star to launch you to the Miniature Planets.

*** 5th, 6th and 7th Planets: Miniature Planets

Get to the grey one, launch into that Sling Star. Then you'll orbit around
another planet just for falling back to the first one, reaching another Sling
Star, and using this one to get a ? Coin full off minor simple coins. Get back
to the third planet, by spinning at the second Sling Star, and then rapidly
manage to launch on the Launch Star to the 4th Planet.

*** 8th Planet: Cyllindrical Planet

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

In this cyllindric-shaped planet with a black hole in it, you must be aware of
the grey mud, that will slow you down, and the Paragoombas, Octoombas and that
trolly platforms that can throw you into the black hole. But that trollies are
not all bad - jump on them (do some special jump; I recommend Backward
Somersault) to get extra prizes: a 1-Up Mushroom on the first one, and a Comet
Medal on the second one.

* See [8.3] Items [ITEM] at [8] Power-Ups and Items [PWIT] for more information
about Comet Medals. *

Manage to the last platform, with the Luma, then it will become a Launch Star.
Launch into it.

*** 9th Planet: Sided Planet

In that planet, kill the Octoomba, grab the Life Mushroom (maybe you need
it...) and manage to the other side of the planet, passing through the
Checkpoint Flag, of course. Behind this ladder-shaped hill, there's a 1-Up
Mushroom. Perform a Backward Somersault there, or just get to the front of the
hill, careful of Octoombas, and launch yourself at the Launch Star to the last
planet in the course and first boss on the game. =)

*** 10th Planet: Geo Planet

--------------------
BOSS: PEEWEE PIRANHA
====================

Oh no! You've broken Peewee Piranha's egg! He's born - and very angry! Maybe
this is familiar with you, if you played Super Mario Galaxy - it's almost the
same boss-fighting than Dino Piranha in SMG (1).

Well, if you haven't played it, or if you forgot the boss fight, here comes the
explanation. Avoid Peewee Piranha's attacks and jumps, and manage to hit - by
spinning - his egg-covered butt, to make it painful. Do it eight times to
defeat Peewee. He's going to become even angrier each time you hit his butt -
so, be careful. Always you need health (hope you've cought that Life
Mushroom!), throw a Star Bit (press B) to a yellow-colored light in the ground
to reveal a coin. On the fourth time, he'll have his egg recovered on his butt,
and will become faster and angrier. Before the fourth and eighth times, try not
to get run over Peewee, and follow him to hit his all-red butt.

When you hit it the eighth time, he'll be defeated and reveal a Power Star -
your first!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

_______________________________________________________________________________

			WELCOME TO STARSHIP MARIO [WSSM]
___________________________________________________________________________[16]

Welcome to Lubba's Starship. Yeah. It's a starship. Talk to Lubba to make it a
Mario's face-shaped starship: STARSHIP MARIO.

It's your home. Your place to entretain, and where you can place your Star
Bits, use your coins, talk to friends, fellows, see a museum, play with Yoshi,
grab some 1-Ups... well, at first you can't do all of this. Anyway, here you
can catch some Star Bits at first, and talk to the lumas. When you go through
the worlds and levels, you'll be able to make several fellows appear here, like
Yoshi, a Jibberjay, Gearmos, Penguins, and also - after defeating Bowser on the
final battle (beating the game) once, Luigi!

Every time a new fellow, item or thing appears or takes place at the Starship,
you'll know in the section [Back to Starship Mario] always after the Star
counter.

Well, all you have to do now, for real, is placing on that yellow switch, in
front of that wheel, on the top of Mario's face, to visit the World Map. You
can also see the (empty, for while) engine room at the basis of what should be
Mario's cap. It'll have a museum, with the Power-Ups, like Cloud Flower and
Spin Drill, as you get the Stars with them.

* You can know more about the World Map in its specifical content
	- [11] The World Map [WDMP]. *

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[15]	SKY STATION GALAXY [SKST]
[15.2]	STORMING THE SKY FLEET - STAR #2 [SKFL]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Yoshi House Planet

Here you can see some Chomp Pups rolling around. If you wanna kill them (and
et 3 Star Bits), spin near one of that green, bending, balloon-shaped things
(Stretch Plants), next to one of the Chomps. Be careful: if one of the Stretch
Plants doesn't hit the Chomp Pup and hit YOU, you'll lose Star Bits, and will
be thrown back.

Well, anyway enter that green pipe on your left to go to the other side of the
planet. Here there are more Chomp Pups rolling, so defeat them as you did on
the other side - spin near one of that Stretch Plants (try to hit the Chomp
Pup, and, if you can't, avoid it when it comes back to you). When you kill the
second Chomp, in order, to your left, you'll be able to get a key that will
release the poor Luma. If you wanna kill them all, though, there's a Rainbow
Star, that makes you invincible, in the chest localized through the hill from
the point you come of. Inside the other chests there are Star Bits (first chest
left) and a 1-Up Mushroom (2nd left). Go to the Luma and talk to it to be
launched to the 2nd planet.

* Learn more about the Rainbow Star in section [8.1] Mario and Luigi Power-Ups
[MLPW] at [8] Power-Ups and Items [PWIT]. *

*** 2nd planet: Sky Fleet Ship

Oh no! The Luma is inside that ship! Yeah man, now you'll have to get INSIDE
this ship-like planet while avoiding those huge Banzai Bills. If you touch
them, you'll lose 1 hit point at your health/life meter. Killing them is not
difficult, though: just catch a Rainbow Star, become invisible and walk through
them, making a lot of Star Bits appear.

When you see a door on the ground, bear the Banzai Bill Blasters, come in. So
you're going 2D. Pass through that Checkpoint Flag and keep going right and
down. There are two 1-Up Mushrooms here, one at that big fall with a lot of
Star Bits scattered out, in the left, and another at the third gear, in a level
above the Launch Star (you'll have to crouch to get at it). There's also a
Warp Pad there, leading you to the [B] Bonus Planet. Avoid the Octoomba and
perform a Backward Somersault to reach it, and then spin on it to go to the
Bonus Planet, if you want.

[B] 3rd Planet: Bonus Planet

That's the same Bonus Planet than the first mission, Peewee Piranha's Temper
Trantum. Here, you'll have to defeat seven foes, in this case Octoombas, with
the help of a Rainbow Star. Kill them all and catch the 3 1-Up Mushrooms at
the center. You'll be automactically teleported back to the Sky Fleet.

* Back to Sky Fleet Ship *

Go above your level, using the gear, and launch yourself on the Launch Star,
but be aware of the Amps (Electro-Chomps)!

*** 4th Planet: Flipswitch Planet

Pass through the Checkpoint Flag and walk over all Flipswitches (make them
yellow), dodging the Banzai Bill. You can also catch the 1-Up Mushroom near
the Blaster. Once you have walked over all the Flipswitches, they'll get
green and reveal another part of the planet.

On that part, a Bill Board will warn you of Cosmic Clones ahead. "If they come
after you, RUN!" And that's the matter - they'll come in a row and follow you,
so try to perform a unique way, not coming back, or you'll face them and you'll
lose life. They're as fast as you, so it's not necessary to run. Scale the
Flipswitch ladder, activating all the Flipswitches, on a clockwise way, so they
won't face you easily! Once done, the Cosmic Clones will disappear, the
Flipswitches will get green and a Launch Star will appear. Launch yourself.

*** 5th Planet: Second Sky Fleet Ship

Here there's another cyllindrical planet, with other Banzai Bills and a Black
Hole inside it. So, don't fall down! To make sure you won't have to start from
another planet, hit the Checkpoint Flag here, dodge the Bills and walk around
(avoid the grey mud, it'll slow you down!). After the first row of three Banzai
Bills, you'll see that shiny, golden Power Star. You can't get at it for while,
though. You can defeat the third Banzai Bill by just spinning near that Stretch
Plant. Go left, protecting yourself from the Bill by falling into that grassy,
green hollow on the path.

Here, there's another tricky Piranha: a black, Spikey Piranha Plant. Grab the
pole to reach the upper level or just perform a high jump - like Spin Jump or
Backward Somersault. There are two simple Piranha Plants around it, so kill
them first. Use that balloon-shaped Stretch Plant to kill it when its head has
fallen down - to make it fall down, approach it for a little.

When you've defeated it, grab that key and the Power Star inside that blue cage
can be taken. Although, avoid that Banzai Bill flying into you, by using that
green hollow on the path, and those (two) Stretch Plants to both dodge and
defeat the big Bill. Try not to fall to your death, as well.

Catch that Power Star!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *2

[Back to Starship Mario]: Lubba will talk about the P2 Co-Star Luma, and so
you can take a rest for a while or continue going behind Power Stars, in new
Galaxies. Why not?

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[17]	YOSHI STAR GALAXY [YSHS]
[17.1]	SADDLE UP WITH YOSHI - STAR #3 [SDUP]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Main Planet

Here you must go up and forward on the hill, avoiding the Spiky Plants, the
Piranha Plants and the Octoomba, and jumping over the brown mud (it'll slow you
down, like the grey one, if you want to know). Once you reached the upper
level, using the spring pad / switch, defeat the Magikoopa (it'll launch into
you Goomba-like foes), making the force field around Yoshi's Egg disappear.

Break Yoshi's Egg, over the nest, revealing your all-moment fellow, that
green-and-red funny dinosaur. "Yoshi hatched from the egg!"

"You saved me! I was trying to save my friends, but then I got turned into an
egg and trapped! I know! We should team up! Come on! Hop on my back!"

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

Hop on Yoshi's back, as he says, and go to the left, after the water, to a
round high hill, defeat the Octoombas and Flipbugs near it, and walk above the
Spring Pad / Switch to go up the hill and catch the Comet Medal!

Here you can train your ability as Yoshi, learning how to use its controls, too
- eating Berries and foes, flutter jumping, and spinning to break ice crystals.
You can even go back to train your pulling capacity with the Spiky Plants.

* Visit [7.4] Yoshi Moves [YSMV] at [7] Controls and Moves [CTMV] to learn more
about Yoshi Controls and Moves. *

On your right, on the lower level, there's a 1-Up Mushroom, behind the Bill
Board that warns about Camera Moves. Move your camera until you see it.

Go forward, to the brown mud, eat the Berries, defeat the Octoombas and
Smeeches (they'll smack you; defeat them by spinning). There's also a Warp Pad
(Teleporter), from where you can go to the [B] Bonus Planet.

[B] 2nd Planet: Bonus Planet

The Bonus Planet here in Saddle Up with Yoshi is just like those from the first
galaxy (Sky Station), but with a difference: you don't have a Rainbow Star, but
- of course - you have Yoshi! Here you can train the multitarget move with
Yoshi's tongue and the seven Octoombas. Catch that 3 1-Up Mushrooms at the end,
as well!

* Back to Main Planet *

Continue forward, breaking the ice crystals and eating the Octoombas. Do what
the Bill Board tells you to do: grab the Golden Berry, that giant apple thing,
and pull back. A launch star will appear. Launch yourself - and Yoshi too!

*** 3rd Planet: Earth Planet

In this planet, there is a Chance Cube (try to get the 1-Up Mushroom on it!)
and a few ice crystals. In the ones that appear to have nothing inside, there
are a Flipbug and, inside the other, there's a Launch Star you can launch off
with, to the 4th planet.

* What is a Chance Cube? Visit [8.3] Items [ITEM] at [8] Power-Ups and Items
[PWIT] to know. *

*** 4th Planet: Tower Planet

In that tower-like planet, you must climb up the tower, of course, to get to
the Launch Star. In the path, there will be Spiky Plants, Piranha Plants (those
two you defeat by grabbing-and-pulling) and also some Berries for you to eat.
Manage to one of the two Spring Pads / Switches and go climb up that tower! In
your path, more Spiky and Piranha Plant foes.

Once at the top of the tower, defeat those three Octoombas and grab, with
Yoshi's tongue, that Flower Grapple to go to a Miniature Planet.

*** 5th Planet: Miniature Planet

In that earth-ground planet, just manage until the Launch Star and launch
yourself, going to a huge planet.

*** 6th Planet: Fossil Planet

Another tower planet, where your objective is climbing up the tower... huh, I
mean, planet, until the Star. Hope you can do it.

Once you land, go until the Checkpoint Flag, and go jumping or grappling
flowers through the platforms, and upwards. Watch out for Paragoombas. There's
a wooden platform with a handle on it, pull the handle and walk over it. Grab
the Flower Grapple or perform a Flutter Jump to get over that upper level with
3 coins on it.

Avoid the Scuttle Bugs hanging over you, and defeat them by (first) stun them,
with Yoshi's tongue, and spinning near it or pull it to Yoshi with his tongue
again. Pass through the platform, pull the other hand platform to catch the 1-Up
Mushroom. Grab the Flower Grapples and get upwards with the platform. Defeat
the Paragoomba, carefully, for not being hit by the Goomba that comes after it.
Grab the Flower Grapple, jump over that Octoomba and get to the upper level.

Kill the Piranha Plant, get the Star Bits on the ? Block (left), eat the Berry
in the inclined hill, and go up, climbing through the Flower Grapples.

There's your Star, inside that ice crystal - spin into it 2 times to release
the Star, and use the upper Flower Grapples left and then right to get it!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *3

[Back to Starship Mario]: Now, with 3 Stars, you can continue your path
through new galaxies, 'cause the Star Obstacle on the World Map is now over
(well, it's not over like now, but to pass through it, just move your starship
into it). Meanwhile, Yoshi "alien egg" is now on the Starship! It's on what
should be Mario's nose, so break his egg and walk through the Starship Mario,
or grab in the Flower Grapples and eat those ten Berries on that platform, with
three Bill Boards that teach you, once again, how to hop in, dismount Yoshi and
perform a Flutter Jump with him.

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[17]	YOSHI STAR GALAXY [SKST]
		[17.2]	SPINY CONTROL - STAR #4 [SYCT]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Main Planet

Now this planet is filled out with Spinies and Lakitus - that little Koopa in
clouds that throw Spinies on you. Yoshi can easily eat them (for the first
time, his tongue will just stun him, and he'll hide himself inside his shell;
for the second time, you'll eat his shell) - and then throw their spiny shell
off, breaking that cages with Star Bits, 1-Ups and Launch Stars.

Before you hop on Yoshi, dodge that Spiny. Go forward and upwards, break
Yoshi's Egg, hop on his back, and eat those Spiky and Piranha Plants. You can
train how to throw a Spiny here, too.

On the upper area, eat the Spinies (doing that method I've already explained,
maybe even eating them in the air when Lakitu is throwing it; this way you
won't have to eat the Spiny twice, just once) and shoot them at the cages,
releasing Star Bits, a Launch Star and a Warp Pad (Teleporter) what will
teleport you to a totally new [B] Bonus Planet.

[B] 2nd Planet: Bonus Planet

Well, that bonus planet is an exception to that normal template. Instead of
seven enemies in a circle, there's a round planet, with 10 Goombas. It's the
same method, though. Eat them, stomp them, defeat them, and catch the 3 1-Up
Mushrooms (if you can) at the end, right around the start platform. It's not
easy if you don't want to lose Yoshi or losing health, and it's difficult to
complete the challenge before the time runs out and you teleport back to the
Main Planet. Watch out for the Goombas, use Yoshi's Multitarget, stomp the
Goombas or Spin Attack them, if you wanna win.

* Back to Main Planet *

There's also a cage with a 1-Up Mushroom, right forward, after the Berries and
the large brown mud, where there was a Golden Berry and afterwards a Launch
Star, at Saddle Up with Yoshi, the first course on the Galaxy. Another 1-Up
Mushroom is right where it was on the first mission, behind the Bill Board on
the lower area on your right.

Whenever you want, eat a Spiny and throw its shell to the cage with the Launch
Star. Launch yourself to the third planet.

*** 3rd planet: Central Shape Planet

In this planet, land, pass through the Checkpoint Flag, eat the Berry and the
Spiny, throwing its shell to those three cages. You can reach the upper ones by
aiming upper or by climbing that upper platform. On the middle cage there's a
Luma that will come into that upper platform and become a Launch Star.

Launch yourself, and launch yourself at the Launch Star on midair, as well,
right when you pass through it. It may be important. If you can't, you'll go
right until the 22nd planet - the Marble Blocks Planet. If you can, you'll get
back to it.

*** 4th until 21st Planets: Solar System Planets

Those 17 planets surrounding a bigger planet, in orbit of it and each other,
have important 1-Up and Life Mushrooms for you to catch before the boss battle.
Yep, there will be a boss battle. Well, while on the major planet, perform a
Flutter Jump or common jump and go "climbing" the six levels (orbits) of
planets (2 planets on the first and second ones; 3 on the third one; 7 on the
fourth one, and one on the fifth and sixth orbits).

On the 4th level, with the seven flat planets, there are 3 Berries for you to
eat, a Life Mushroom and a 1-Up Mushroom (on the other side of one of the
planets). Simply go jumping from planet to planet and catch those mushrooms -
you'll need it.

Go to the final orbit and launch yourself at the 22nd planet, the Marble Blocks
one.

*** 22nd Planet: Marble Blocks Planet

In this planet, use Yoshi's tongue to grab and pull at the handle on the wooden
platforms, catching that 1-Up Mushroom and the coins and Star Bits that will
appear. Go up, pull the handle on the sideways platform FIRST, THEN eat the
Spiny thrown by the Lakitu, climb the platform and throw the Spiny shell into
the cage with the Launch Star. Launch yourself to your final battle on this
challenge.

*** 23rd Planet: Cone Planet

Save yourself on the Checkpoint Flag and go, with Yoshi, to the upper level /
platform, through your grab-and-jump abilities with the Flower Grapples.

-----------------
BOSS: KING LAKITU
=================

King Lakitu (a.k.a. Giga Lakitu) is an oversized Lakitu on a purple cloud that,
as always, throws Spinies (multiple spinies) into you and will try to hit you
with his cloud's thunder electropower.

What you need to do is hitting him with a Spiny he throws out, three times, and
dodging the Spinnies he throws and the thunders. If you get hurt, and lose
Yoshi, get him on the nest on that same upper platform; you don't need to go
down at that Egg next to the Checkpoint Flag (well, this way may be easier if
there are a lot of Spinnies).

If you need health (I bet you won't, if you caught that Life Mushroom), you can
get six coins there: two inside the ice crystals (spin to break them), two on
the yellow lights on the ground (throw a Star Bit to get it) and two at some
little plants on that platform (pass through it to get the coin).

A good way to win this battle is by eating a Spiny when on midair, after he
throws it out, and then quickly aim at him and shooting that Spiny. If he's
throwing a Spiny when you hit him, the Spiny will not land on the platform -
fortunately.

When he throws two Spinies once at a time, eat the first one and quickly throw
it, as you did with the single one.

After hitting King Lakitu two times with his own Spinnies, he'll get even
angrier and throw four Spinnies at a time; again, get and throw the first one,
before there are so many Spinnies on the platform!

When you hit him by the third time, you'll defeat him! And, behind the dark
clouds, a Power Star appear! Get it, it's yours!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *4

[Back to Starship Mario]: Well, nothing yet has changed here in the Starship
Mario. Go right to the World Map, pass through the Star (3) Obstacle, and place
at the Hungry Luma point {300}.

* If you don't want to feed the Hungry Luma and go to a bonus challenge (with a
Power Star at the end, of course), don't read this and go right onto the [17]
Spin-Dig Galaxy [SPDG], that is the normal galaxy after the normal path (Stars
#6 and #7). *

Press A and choose "Call [Hungry Luma]". It'll be in your Starship. Approach it
and feed it 300 Star Bits. Hope you HAVE 300 Star Bits. If you don't, you can
always remake a previous course and GETTING THE STAR AT THE END, that is the
only way to save those Star Bits for future use. Once you've feed it, it'll get
stuffed and transform into a new galaxy! A new red path (symbol: \\), to the
new Flip-Swap Galaxy, will appear on your map. Manage to the yellow switch and
to this new, recently-born galaxy.

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[18]	FLIP-SWAP GALAXY [FPSW]
[18.1]	THINK BEFORE YOU SHAKE - STAR #5 [THSK]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Main Planet

There's only one main planet here in this Galaxy, full with red-and-blue
platforms that invert position as soon as you spin. Now you can understand that
course title - THINK BEFORE YOU SHAKE, 'cause, if you shake your Wiimote, they
will change position and the ground below you can just disappear - and you'll
gonna die.

Well, how to survive here, so? Jumping from red to blue or from blue to red
platforms always performing a Spin Jump between them - jump (or long jump) and
spin -, as the Star Bunny says. It may be simple, but you may forget it, so it
probably needs some practice. Remember: ALWAYS YOU SPIN, the platforms change.

On the first area (path), there's no big problem, just to practice out. After,
kill the Octoomba and the Goombas and continue your way.

The second area is slightly more difficult, with Electric Barriers all over the
path. Pass through the platforms when there's no barrier, or perform Backward
Somersaults. There's also a 1-Up Mushroom here, on an alone blue platform.
Continue your way, left and upwards, climbing the latter, defeating the Goomba
inside an ice crystal. Pass through the Checkpoint Flag.

That third area has an Incoming Chomp, that follows the path below it. If you
get hit, probably you're gonna fall to your death. Since the platform right
below the portal of the Chomps is red, you'd better do this way within the blue
ones. So, long jump until the blue ones in the left, and quickly jump-and-spin
until the red ones, and the blue ones, always avoiding and dodging the Incoming
Chomp.

This 4th area is the more difficult until now - with four Incoming Chomps.
Start with the red platforms. Avoiding the first Incoming Chomp, jump-and-spin
to the blue ones, go to the red ones, dodging the second Chomp, and go into the
single blue platform with a 1-Up Mushroom on it. Activate the red platforms
once again, manage forward to the blue ones (beware! another Incoming Chomp!).

This third Incoming Chomp is the most difficult one. QUICKLY go to the red
platform to stay safe and go forward, avoiding the fourth and last Incoming
Chomp by spin-and-jumping onto the blue single platform. Then spin-and-jump
twice to get safe.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

Manage forward again, careful for the Electric Barriers. Here I recommend you
to long jump, avoiding spins when you can't spin, on the spaces between the
barriers. Continue your way forward to the Star.

Get the Star, now!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *5

[Back to Starship Mario]: Now you're in the lowest point of Mario's face... I
mean, of Starship Mario. You brought a Star Bunny to the starship. "Know the
one thing in the galaxy cuter than one o' those? Nothing, that's what! Har har
har!", says the joking Lubba. "Well, it looks to me like that cute critter
wants to tell you something." The Star Bunny is on the left of the Yellow Luma
with Star Bits around it, over a wooden platform. If you talk to it, it'll
talk about the Spin Jump, once again. Go to the yellow switch in front of the
wheel and go to the next galaxy - catching the Star Bits on the ice crystal,
on the World Map.

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[19]	SPIN-DIG GALAXY [SPDG]
		[19.1]	DIGGA-LEG'S PLANET - STAR #6 [DGLP]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Starting Planet

Here's your first power-up, except 1-Up and Life Mushrooms. It's the Spin
Drill! Catch it and you'll become Drill Mario, being able to spin and dig
around, where there's a dirt ground. If you hit something, if it's a foe,
you'll dig back. Catch that Drill, on your right, and start digging! If you dig
on slightly lower circles, you'll finish on a upper platform that was difficult
to reach before. There's one full of coins, a cage with an 1-Up Mushroom, the
starting platform, and the highest platform on the level, with a Luma that will
become a Launch Star! Launch yourself out!

*** 2nd planet: Drill Zone Planet

There's a Tip Network (Hint TV) that will appear if you spin near those lighty
little barriers, and catch the Drill. It'll teach you how to proceed in the
level, WITHOUT getting the Comet Medal. If it doesn't appear, I'll explain:
avoid the Twirlips and its deadly spinning.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

Get above that upper little round platform, and dig on it. On the other side,
go to a square platform and dig again. You'll be over a tall platform with 4
coins on it. Jump right to get the Comet Medal. Fall down and go to this side's
square platform, dig and jump right into the lower but also tall platform. Dig
once again, until the tallest platform around. Talk to the Luma and fly through
the Launch Star.

*** 3rd planet: Steel Ring Planet

In this Steel Ring, get the Checkpoint Flag and go forward, watching out for
the appearing/disappearing yellow platforms. Avoid the Twirlips and go
counterclockwise until the Launch Star at the other side. Try not to fall to
your death on the Black Hole. There's a platform on the right, with a
Teleporter (Warp Pad) leading you to the [B] Bonus Planet, if you want!

[B] 4th Planet: Bonus Planet

In this dirt flat Bonus Planet, it's the common challenge: defeat the seven
foes (Twirlips), now with that Rainbow Star. Catch it to be invincible, kill'em
all, and catch the 3 1-Up Mushrooms at the center platform. Then you'll be
teleported back.

* Back to Steel Ring Planet *

Continue going counterclockwise; after the platforms leading to the Launch
Star, there's a 1-Up Mushroom above appearing/disappearing platforms. Be
careful and catch it, then go back to your way to the Launch Star, careful with
the flashing platforms. Beware of Paragoombas too! Get to the brown block
platform, wait for the Luma and launch yourself!

*** 5th planet: Dirt Tower Planet

In this little planet, defeat the Goombas and get the Spin Drill; dig to get
inside the planet, and catch the coins! Go to the upper side of the inside
planet and spin to launch yourself!

*** 6th "planet": Starshroom

Look! Toad Brigade! Yep, that little fellows are back to SMG 2, and the captain
is now warning you about Digga-Leg, the boss you'll fight right after now.

"GYAH! It's you... Mario, right? Like our new ship? It's called a Starshroom!
We're shoving off soon! Oh yeah, I forgot to introduce myself! I found this
nifty headlamp, so I am now the Toad Brigade Captain! There's a pretty scary
monster just past here -- be careful!"

Just next to the Toad Brigade Captain there's a Lumalee, a.k.a. Shop Luma! Yep,
a Luma Shop! What is it? That's a shop where you can buy either a 1-Up and Life
Mushroom - but just ONE of them - by just 30 Star Bits! "Lumalee! Lumabop!
Welcome to the Luma Shop!" Buy what you want (I recommend Life Mushroom),
Lumalee will transform into it, catch it and go forward to the lowest point of
the Starshroom, pass through the Checkpoint Flag and launch yourself into the
boss battle!

*** 7th Planet: Digga-Leg Planet

---------------
BOSS: DIGGA-LEG
===============

Oh no! You just woke up Digga-Leg, that monster that you'll have to fight now
on this circle-like flat planet. And it's angry!

Yep. All you have to do now is catching that Spin Drill and try to break the
glass on Digga-Leg's chin to get the Star. And avoid her attacks, too! She'll
throw Diggas into you through the ground. Dig into it to defeat the foe, or
jump right onto its head.

When Digga-Leg makes its head on the right side, dig around and break the
glass! You must dig three times to break it out. Once you did it, dig back,
'cause Digga-Leg has just jumped!

She will now jump sideways, left two times and right two times. Go right and
left, always avoiding her jumps. If you get hurt, catch the Spin Drill again.

Try once again to avoid the Diggas, her jumps and try to break the glass
right on its center when Digga-Leg is walking around.

Break it by the second time, doing the same. Digga-Leg's gonna now throw four
Diggas into you, so I think digging may be not so good, since Digga-Leg's feet
may destroy the Diggas themselves.

Just break the glass one more time and the Star is released!

What you're waiting for? Catch that shiny Power Star!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *6

[Back to Starship Mario]: In the World Map, you've unlocked two more galaxies,
but you haven't finished this one (Spin-Dig Galaxy) yet; after, there's a Star
Obstacle that requires 10 Power Star to pass through. On the Starship, a new
Yellow Luma, that one that transformed into a Launch Star, is on the ship! "Oh!
One of my little guys is back! I was wondering what happened to the little
fellow after he fell off...", says Lubba.

And now the Toad Brigade is having a vacation, also in the starship, together
with the Yellow Luma; you can access the Starshroom, with some Toads and a 1-Up
Mushroom, by staying on that Warp Pad next to what would be Mario's left ear.
"Uh... Those guys are all friends of yours, right? If you ever want to visit
that ship, you can get there with the Warp Pad."

Next to the Warp Pad (Teleporter) there's a yellow Toad guy that says: "Hey --
everyone's waiting for you on the Starshroom! We found a [1-Up Mushroom], so
we're keeping it there for you."

On the Starshroom, the pink Toad says that the Starship Mario looks like Luigi,
and ask for him; the blue one talks about Lubba; the green one says that the
Lumas helped them to build that Starshroom, and says it "looks just like a
mushroom", in the case you haven't noticed yet; and the red one, Captain of
the Brigade, talks about the goal of the crew. The Luma talks about the
horrible experience of falling into the ground of the castle in the Mushroom
Kingdom during Bowser's attack; says that the Lumas built the Starshroom
together with the Toads to get to the Starship Mario.

Yoshi's Ultimate Tongue [glitch]: you can perform this glitch if you go on
Yoshi to the Starshroom. Do a Flutter Jump above the Warp Pad and, right before
you touch it, grab the yellow Toad, that shouts "Use this Warp Pad!" with your
tongue! It'll extend until the Starshroom, a huge tongue! If you get warped
back, it'll mantain as large as you go to, unless you use it to grab another
thing or character. Strange... Hope it doesn't hurt Yoshi.

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[19]	SPIN-DIG GALAXY [SPDG]
[19.1]	SILVER STARS DOWN DEEP - STAR #7 [SVDW]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Starting Planet

That's the same planet, but the Bill Board is warning you: "Careful! Watch out
for the Cosmic Clones... If they come after you, RUN FOR IT!" Well, you don't
actually need to run, 'cause those clones just FOLLOW you, but you must not
take the same path you've already been in, ok? So continuosly going. As soon
as you get on the ground, the multiple clones will appear. Go right and break
the ice crystal with a Sling Star on it. The Cosmic Clones will disappear now.

Defeat the Piranha Plants on that planet by jumping on their head or spinning
near then and grab the Beanstalk (Magic Vine / Sproutle Vine) from them,
spinning and reaching upper levels with Star Bits. When you've finished, use
that Sling Star to go to an upper platform and kill the Piranha, leading you to
the second planet (using the Beanstalk).

*** 2nd planet: Purple Cylinder Planet

At first you have a Warp Pipe and a Warp Pad. Choose what Warp thing you wanna
go in (choose the Pad / Teleporter, so you earn 3 1-Up Mushrooms and then go
back); if you choose the Warp Pad, you'll be warped to the [B] Bonus Planet.

[B] 3rd Planet: Bonus Planet

That's pretty much like the previous one, from the first course: you have seven
Twirlips to defeat before the time runs out, but WITHOUT any Rainbow Stars; at
the end, grab the 3 1-Up Mushrooms on the center platform.

* Back to Purple Cylinder Planet *

Now you've been to that Bonus Planet, go down the Warp Pipe to the 2D world
inside the Purple Cylinder. Grab the Spin Drill and spin over that Digga,
drilling and digging, until another platform with another Digga. Dig on the
right of the first dirt platform. Careful of that Amp, get the other green
Warp Pipe at the end.

Now you're in another part of the planet. Grab and spin that Drill, CAREFUL
of the Amp! Now you'll have to watch out for both Amps! Careful, careful,
careful. That time you have a faster Amp. Watch out and dig at the right
moment. Enter the orange Warp Pipe at the end.

Now grab those Star Bits and free the Launch Star from that ice crystal, and
launch yourself out!

*** 4th "planet": Starshroom

Here in the official starship of the Toad Brigade, the blue Toad warns:
"According to my investigations, five [Silver Stars] make a [Power Star]!"
Pass through the Checkpoint Flag and launch yourself!

*** 5th planet: Square Planet

Here you have a squared flat planet with a lot of Diggas, a little Spin Drills
and five Silver Stars! Collect them all to make a Power Star appear! I
recommend you to kill the Diggas first, by just jumping on their heads as soon
as they appear.

[1st Silver Star]: on the other side of the planet. Watch out for the Diggas.

[2nd Silver Star]: go up now, and on the next side of the planet, dig on the
second highlighted point on the ground. Dig again to go to the other side, and
go up again.

[3rd and 4th Silver Star]: On the upper side of the square, dig at the third
dark and highlighted point of it, on its ride. Catch the other Silver Star left
of it too.

[5th Silver Star]: back to the point the 3rd Silver Star was, right of the
fourth one, dig again to get the fifth Silver Star.

To get the Power Star, drill again on that ground, and so go to the upper side
of the planet, again, to get it! Grab it, it's all yours!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *7

[Back to Starship Mario]: Now that Star (7) Obstacle is over! Well, you still
have two galaxies in this world. You're now on the engine room, and the museum
is starting over! Lubba warns us about the Bank Toad - yeah, a BANK Toad. "All
right, listen up. 'Cause I don't wanna say this more than once... See that
Toad? He started collecting [Star Bits] for safekeeping. Thinks he's some sort
of happy bank or something. Why don't you go over there and check it out for
me."

The Spin Drill is in the museum! "Well, well... What do we have here? A Spin
Drill, huh? That's for digging?! Just don't go digging through the center of
your faceship! Might get a headache! Har har! [Funny guy...]" Fear of you
digging around the Starship, Lubba just put that Drill into a cage! Not fair!
You can't dig around! =( To enter the museum without entering the hidden door
on the basis of what would be Mario's cap, you must Backward Somersault from the
upper level in the Starship to the smoky chimney, entering the pipe hidden
inside it.

Go to the head of your face... er... I mean, Starship. There's the Bank Toad.
How it works? Let's say... "Mario, guess what! I decided to become a banker!
If you give me Star Bits to hold on to... I can help you share your [Star Bits]
with other players using save files! [Yeah, if you play with your friends /
relatives, you can keep those Star Bits here, in one bank for everyone.] Or if
you're playing solo, I can still hold on to your Star Bits. I'll try and get
more to add to your total! Right now I have (0) Star Bits in all! Would you
like to make a deposit or withdrawal?"

Well, this Bank Toad is safe way to keep your Star Bits on the bull market. Ok,
not. But it's cool to keep they here... who knows why? Maybe to feed Hungry
Lumas, to see the different wears of this Toad or maybe to guessing what
happens if you put 9999 Star Bits in there... Who knows what happens?

* See Useful Toads content to know how to apply your stock of Star Bits to the
stock Market! Here: [12] Useful Toads [TOAD]. *

Go to the World Map and manage to the galaxy in the lower level (Rightside
Down [RSDW]), after the Spin-Dig one.

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[20]	RIGHTSIDE DOWN GALAXY [RSDW]
[20.1]	THE GREAT CRATE INCINERATOR - [HIDDEN] STAR #8 [GCTI]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Main Planet

Just flying over the castle and entering the pipe - as any plumber ahead -
Mario goes to his gravity-bending mission. Yeah, here gravity can change in a
blink of an eye and break all the laws of gravity. Sorry, Isaac Newton!

Well, you'll pass through areas that indicate where the gravity is bending to.
If the arrows are down, the gravity is normal. If they're up, gravity up.
Sideways, gravity sideways. When there's no arrows and just a green ground, the
gravity is bending to the screen - yep, forward to the screen.

On the first area, there's no gravity bending - the gravity is normal. Just
fall down until you reach the lower ground. On your left there's a Ground Pound
Switch. As the name says, ground pound it to release some coins. On your right,
there's a flower. Spin near it to get to the upper and gravity-bending area.

On that area, there's a Goomba and a Swaphopper - an enemy from gravity-
flipping courses that has a spike on top of it. Although, when gravity flips,
the up side is a soft underbelly. To kill the Swaphopper and advance, spin
next to that blue handle, that will turn into red. Defeat the Swaphopper by
jumping on it.

Now enter the green pipe on your left. Here in this area, there is a Fire
Flower - a new power-up! Catch it to become Fire Mario. "You transformed into
Fire Mario! Shake [Spin] to shoot fireballs." Your fireball stock never ends,
but the fire effect ends in 20 seconds. Now that you're fire-made, shoot
fireballs diagonally to disappear with the wooden boxes. On the upper right
row there's an orange pipe; on the lower left one, an 1-Up; on the other ones,
coins. Catch the 1-Up and enter the pipe (if you can't do it before the time
runs out, you can catch another Fire Flower). Enter the other pipe.

*** 2nd planet: Crate Planet

Welcome to one of the most challenging courses in the game. Your task is,
before the 20-second time runs out, incinerate all the wooden boxes with your
fire power. Yep, 20 seconds! You can't break them before you talk to the Gearmo
'cause that's unfair. It knows that, and will make all the wooden boxes you
broke without the Fire Flower reappear. Fair play, bro!

Well, just talk to the green Gearmo. "This is the end of the road for all the
trash in the universe!" So many boxes... It's gettin' way outta control, if ya
ask me! Do me a favor and burn all of these as fast as you can. Whaddya say?"

Select SURE and go burn'em all! "All right -- I'll leave you to it!"

To get it, go first on the upside down row, then in the upper diagonal rows;
then burn the single boxes in your left and right; go down and perform the
same; then burn the diagonal lower rows, and the single lower one.

Perfect! You got it!

(Well, if you didn't, you can always talk to the Gearmo again to try again.)

"Oh thanks! That looks great! Here ya go -- take this [Power Star]! Boy, I wish
more folks worked as hard as you!"

Catch that Star!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *8

		[20]	RIGHTSIDE DOWN GALAXY [RSDW]
[20.2]	BREAKING THE LAWS OF GRAVITY - STAR #9 [BLGY]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Main Planet

[The first four paragraphs are the same from Star #8 [GCTI], the previous
course. If you've already played, you'll remember it. Jump to the fifth
paragraph, then.]

[Start here, then:]

Follow the trail of coins to your right. Don't enter the pipe, you've already
earned that Star, didn't ya? Break the ? Block continuosly to earn a lot of
coins. Jump on that up-downwards platform and go forward. Watch out for the
purple Prickly Piranha Plant, by jumping on her head when she's down. Don't make
her fall on you!

Spin at the flower and go to a downward-gravity area (normal gravity). Stomp
the Goombas and continue forward. Catch the ? Coin and the coins down the hill.
There's also a ? Block out there, long jumping. Pass through the Checkpoint
Flag and go to the sideways platform and jump over the other platform, on the
normal gravity.

Spin over that Warp Pad (Teleporter) to go to the [B] Bonus Planet.

[B] 2nd Planet: Bonus Planet

That's the normal Bonus Planet, with seven Paragoombas. Kill'em all and catch
the 3 1-Up Mushrooms at the center platform.

* Back to Main Planet *

Once teleported back, spin on the flower to get to the upper area and go by
the sideways platforms to the following level.

Now, as says the pink Toad, "Don't fall down". There's a Black Hole. Yep. What
you must do is jumping on the up-downwards platform and activating the blue
handle to flip the gravity. Kill the Swaphopper, scale the small, 4-degree
ladder and so go up to the platform again. On the left, there's a ? Block full
of 8 coins. On the right, behind the platform, there's a 1-Up Mushroom. Wall
jump to get back to it. Continue forward.

Oh no! Chomps! Watch out for them, go quickly after the previous Chomp "falls
up" and go right. Now the problem is other: Thwomps! As you know, they can
kill you if they stomp you. Jump quickly and climb up the ladder. Wait on.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

Before you go through the second Thwomp, there's a Comet Medal: perform a
Backward Somersault and wall jump on the right one to get it.

Do a Backward Somersault to go below the second Thwomp and quickly go forward -
the gravity will flip. Go down the little hill, checkpoint yourself and wall
jump to catch that Fire Flower. Once you've caught it, burn all the wooden
boxes forward - and use the fireballs to kill... er... burn the Goomba. If you
can't do all this, catch another Flower at the same place. Catch the other
Flower and continue burning all you see. Wall jump again, burn the boxes, the
Goomba and catch another Fire Flower, burning more two boxes.

Forward, there is a gravity-bending area where the gravity points through the
screen. Defeat the Goombas and go through the platforms.

[From here, there's an alternate and easier way to the Star. Maybe it's not as
cool, but it's an alternative. If you wanna know it, go until [Alternate] sign
two paragraphs below.]

Pass to the normal gravity area, and jump below the Thwomps ladder and row -
down and upwards. On the second row of Thwomps, get in the small hollow in the
path for not being stomped. Backward Somersault and go on.

Now THAT'S a gravity whirl. Move yourself while flying through the gravity-
bending area and try to catch the 1-Up Mushroom (when the gravity is pointing
to the left, ground pound) and the Star, of course!

[Alternate] When at the end of the strange gravity-bending area (where gravity
points to the screen), perform a Backward Somersault to go to the upper area,
not gravity-bending. In the four corners of that area, there are 1-Up
Mushrooms! Yep, 4 1-Ups! Enjoy and catch those Star Bits on the red area with
the Thwomps that "fall up" (just point your Remote at the screen. Go right over
that Star, on the right, and ground pound it (or ground pound over the 1-Up
Mushroom, you decide)! You did it!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *9

[Back to Starship Mario]: What you're waiting for? Go to the Yellow Switch and
to the next galaxy!

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[21]	FLUFFY BLUFF GALAXY [FYBF]
[21.1]	EVERY PLANET HAS ITS PRICE - [HIDDEN] STAR #10 [EPPC]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Starting Planet

Once you started, go right and climb up that tree to catch a ? Coin, that makes
8 minor coins appear. You'll have to get some coins. Go up the bridge, avoid
the Flaptack and jump on his underbelly. Crouch below the bridge to catch a
1-Up Mushroom.

As I said, you'll have to get COINS. You must have 10 now. Behind that big tree
there's a green pipe. Enter it. Here you'll have some kind of Coin Challenge.
Get the ? Coin on the center, and then all the minor coins there, before the
time runs out, and so on. There are three rows of coins, and each time you
get all of them you earn a 1-Up Mushroom. After the 3 rows, there are a lot of
Star Bits. You should have 74 coins if you've caught them all. If you did, that
is enough. If not, I think more than 60 is enough.

Jump off the pipe and go to the platform with the Cloud Flower on it. It
transforms you into Cloud Mario, and, at every spin (shake the Remote), you'll
make a smiling cloud appear (up to three clouds) right below your feet,
allowing you to go to high levels. "You turned into Cloud Mario! Shake [Spin]
to create up to three cloud platforms out of thin air!"

Perform three Backward Somersault and create a cloud after each one. Then,
break the ? Block and go up that tree. Spin at the Sling Star to go up.

On this major cloud, there's a Hungry Luma that claims for 100 Coins! Well, you
can catch until 40 coins here in the cloud. So, if you didn't have 60 coins
'till now, you won't be able to advance. So, go back and forward.

If you don't have 100 coins yet, jump on the bridge below ya, and catch all the
possible coins until you have at least 100, like the ones you get from all the
foes, like the Flaptack, the Elite Octoomba, and all the clouds above and
farther. There are even more Piranha Plants, and Flaptacks. WATCH the Tip
Network and do what it shows, getting all the possible coins. Go back then,
and all your coins will be back - I mean, all foes reloaded, all coins back!
Including those ones from the green pipe and above the big cloud. The maximum
possible is 280 coins, so I think 100 coins is like nothing.

Once you have 100 coins, go up on the big cloud again and feed the Hungry Luma
with it. "I'm so hungry! Will you give me 100 [coins]? They taste soooo good!
If I eat 100 [coins], I might transform!" Choose "Yes" and feed her.

"That's the stuff! I'm so FULL! Wow... I think I'm going to... TRANSFOOOOORM!"

So the small but stuffed Luma goes into the sky and transforms herself in a
new planet! "A new planet was born!" Go there using the red-like Launch Star.

*** 2nd Planet: Tower Planet

Yep, you'll have to climb up, until the top of this tall triangular tower,
as Cloud Mario, of course! Once you land, reach the Checkpoint Flag, grab the
Cloud Flower and perform a Backward Somersault to climb up the first platform.
Jump on the up-downwards moving cloud, using your smiling clouds, if you want.
There is plenty of Cloud Flowers here. There's a 1-Up Mushroom above a small
rolling gear at your right.

When you've caught your fourth Cloud Flower, you'd better know it'll be your
last. So, save your clouds and climb up the platforms and gears, until you
reach the top... er... POWER STAR!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *10

[Back to Starship Mario]: Now you're able to pass through that Star (7)
Obstacle. There are even more one Star you can catch, for while, in the Fluffy
Bluff Galaxy, though. Go back there!

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[21]	FLUFFY BLUFF GALAXY [FYBF]
[21.2]	SEARCH FOR THE TOAD BRIGADE CAPTAIN - STAR #11 [SCTD]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Main Planet

Once you started, go right and climb up that tree to catch a ? Coin, that makes
8 minor coins appear. Go up the bridge, avoid the Flaptack and jump on his
underbelly when his down on the ground. Crouch below the bridge to catch a 1-Up
Mushroom.

Go to the green pipe behind that big tree, catch all those coins, go back,
catch the Cloud Flower but don't go to the big cloud. That Star you already
have. Now go forward, avoiding the water, the Flaptack and the Elite Octoomba.
Climb up those clouds to the right, catching all possible Cloud Flowers.

Once on the upper level, defeat the Piranha Plants and the Flaptack. Watch also
the Tip Network (Hint TV), and do what it says: jump high and farther (long
jumps will help here); at the highest and farthest point, shake the Wiimote
(spin) to make a cloud appear. Climb up the clouds to the other part of the
planet. Above the second non-smiling cloud platform there's a ? Block. Go down
to the lower area in this part, dodge and defeat the Fliptack.

The pink Toad says: "Some crazy-looking monkey grabbed the Power Star! Our
captain chased him up that wall by jumping off the sides until he reached the
top! I couldn't keep up!" The Bill Board warns: "While sliding down a wall,
press A to wall-jump! See how high you can get with this technique!" As warns
both the Toad and the Board, wall-jump-climb the wooden wall until the Launch
Star.

*** 2nd Planet: Pond Planet

"Watch out for Cosmic Clones ahead! If they come after you, RUN!" - warns the
Bill Board. Yep, fellows, more Cosmic Clones you'll have to dodge. If you
don't remember how to keep them out, that's the way: go wherever you want, but
don't go back on your path. The Clones will always follow you, as fast as you,
so you don't actually need to run.

Go to the lower full of water area, and try to get the 5 Star Chips: they're
part of a Launch Star; get them five to make the Pull Star appear and the
Clones die. Go clockwise, I think it's the better way.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

Once you've caught all the chips, go to a little fountain, right above you, and
perform a Backward Somersault + spin to get that Comet Medal!

The Comet Medal caught, go to the wooden upper platform and launch yourself on
the Launch Star to another planet.

*** 3rd Planet: Stone Mountains Planet

Here, you can get some Star Bits on the Star-Bit-fall (as a waterfall) on your
left; pass by the Checkpoint Flag and go forward (avoid the Flaptack), grabbing
the Cloud Flower, of course! Break the Flying ? Block, releasing some Star
Bits, grab ANOTHER Cloud Flower, and then go to the right, dodging the Pushy
Walls. Go on the top of the upper one and get that 1-Up Mushroom!

Then jump onto the top of that level: here there are some Piranha Plants and
Elite Octoombas, so avoid and kill them. Grab the Cloud Flower on your left,
and then go, without touching the water, to the liana swing, avoiding the
minor fountains. Swing yourself, reaching the Cloud Flower and jumping off,
climbing up the tree. Defeat that Piranha Plant and collect another Cloud
Flower. Jump up.

There! You found the Toad Brigade Captain! Very well, huh? But... he's not with
the Star, is he? Huh.... "GASP... hurff! Some... monkey with sunglasses
challenged me... hurff... to a race! You go instead... I should be... in better
shape... hurff! This captain business is going to be harder than I thought!"

Grab the Cloud Flower and go through the clouds, until that little volcano-like
hill. On the top of it is CHIMP, a crazy-looking monkey, the same that invited
the Toad Brigade Captain to a race! "Whoa! It's you. Good work getting up
here. They call me The Chimp. Seems like you may be a worthy high-climbing
rival. Take this [Power Star]! We'll talk later..."

Oh, so the Chimp didn't challenge you to a race? What may he be planning? Well,
think in that after, now CATCH THE STAR! It's all yours! "See ya around."

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *11

[Back to Starship Mario]: Ok. Now you're on the museum... er... engine room,
huh? Hum, now that Cloud Flower is on the museum. Unfairly it's unlockable!
Yet... "Lookit that! I see you brought back some kind of, uhh... floaty
souvenir. It's a Cloud Flower? Well, there sure is some weird stuff out there,
huh?" - says Lubba. Now, well, rest for a while, or, if you want more
adventure, go to Mario's faceship head and to the World Map, and advance to
this World's last challenge and 12th star - yet - through that Star Obstacle!

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[21]	FLUFFY BLUFF GALAXY [FYBF]
		[21.3]	THE CHIMP'S STOMP CHALLENGE - STAR #16 [CPSC]
_______________________________________________________________________________

**********That Star can only be unlocked after you receive an inviting from
The Chimp. If you haven't received, you can't go to this course. I
received it after catching our Star #15 on [BDBW] Boulder Bowl Galaxy's
	Rock and Rollodillo [RKRL] course.

*** 1st planet: Main Planet

In this challenge, you'll have to get 10000 points or more in 2 minutes. How to
do that? Let's hear the Chimp: "Hey, pal! Say hey, I'm the greatest game player
in the galaxy. They call me The Chimp. Nice mustache. I've got the high score
of 10000 on this game here. Pretty simple--just stomp the enemies, then grab
[Coins]! If you can match or top my score, I'll give you a [Power Star]... And
some respect. Maybe. So, you game or what?" Choose "Yes". "You're going for
10000 points! Good luck! You're gonna need it, pal...". Go now, but first read
the following.

Yep, you have 120 SECONDS (2 minutes) to get 10,000 points. Each enemy you
stomp, you get 100 points. The second you stomp before touching the ground, you
receive 200 points. The third, 300 points. The fourth, 300 points again and so
on. When you've touched the ground, you'll be back to the beggining, earning at
first 100 points. Each coin you grab, 100 points. It's always a good idea to
perform Spin Jumps, to fall precisely over a foe's head, getting even more
points. Grab the Coins after. If you catch Star Bits, 10 points for each one.
But it's always better to get Coins.

On the first row of Octoombas, go stomping over each one, sault for the Goombas
and defeat'em all. Go forward and launch yourself on the Sling Star. There are
a circle of Octoombas here. Try to stomp them all together and then catch the
Coins. Break the ? Block and grab the Coins from it. There's a 1-Up Mushroom
over that tree.

Here, the time wasn't problem, but the enough points were a little difficult
to get - I got 10410 points. "Fantastic! That's 10410 points! You might be an
amazing rival to my own skill! Here is your [Power Star]!" Let the Chimp speak
and catch that Power Star, you need it.

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *16

[Back to Starship Mario]: Lubba will introduce the "sign next to the helm",
with all the Stars you've collected. "It'll also show ya the whereabouts of
some other Power Stars, if you're interested." And the Comet Medals you got or
didn't. Ok, now go to that helm and to the next galaxy, Hightall Falls Galaxy,
on World 2.

*** 1st planet: Castle Planet

Here you land on a ship from Bowser Jr.'s Fiery Flotilla! Stomp the Astro
Goombas and go forward, avoiding the Firebar. Pass below the Thwomp and defeat
the Magikoopa.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

Jump over the Thwomp (I recommend Backward Somersault) and catch the Comet
Medal above it. Then, go left and spin at the handle, to make the Bowser Jr.'s
gate open. Watch out for the Dry Bones and keep going to the Sling Star. Launch
yourself.

*** 2nd planet: Fire Planet

On this fiery planet surrounded by lava, you'll have some Dry Bones to defeat
and a Tip Network (Hint TV) to watch. It'll teach you how to jump-and-spin
(Spin Jump).

There's also a Magikoopa forward, and some Firebars. Catch the Life Mushroom
near one of them. Jump over the upper platforms until you reach the Launch
Star. Launch yourself from it. Then you'll land on a dangerous boss fight
planet. Hope you like bosses. =)

*** 3rd planet: Gobblegut's Planet

---------------
BOSS: GOBBLEGUT
===============

Oh no, not again! Oversized Bowser's son, Bowser Jr., is now here and wants to
see you dead, as always. Now he has the help of Gobblegut... "Wahaha! Made it
this far, huh? I won't need my dad's help to finish you off! I got a big
surprise for you! Ohhhhh, Gobblegut... Dinner's on! Don't forget to protect
your bellyache bulges!"

Well, Gobblegut is just an oversized dragon that has some bellyache bulges that
can defeat him. Hit all of them to make Gobblegut die.

Well, he'll attack you two times; on the second one, he'll just dive onto the
planet and his bulges will stop him for some time, enough for you to hit (spin)
them! The tip is: hit first the last bulges, 'cause Gobblegut is getting faster
and angrier the more bulges you hit, so hitting the last ones when he's so
angry and fast is not a good idea. If you need health, catch one of that coins
trapped into the ice crystals or on the ground (yellow lights); make these ones
appear by throwing a Star Bit at it.

After the first bulge hit, he'll get so angry and fast, so do it quickly! Hit
all more three bellyache red bulges and he'll be defeated! Yep! Boss battle
won, Bowser Jr. owned! And... GRAND STAR GOTTEN!

*** 1st planet: Starting Planet

This planet has three Ground Pound Switches and a Tip Network. Go forward on
the right to watch the Tip Network. It teaches you how to ground pound. There's
also a ? Block, that you can reach using a Ground Pound Switch that will bounce
you high to it. It has 10 Star Bits, and is located on the same side of the
planet than the Tip Network.

On the two extreme sides of this planet, there are two Ground Pound switches.
Both have 5 Star Bits - together, 10. Go to the center of this planet and
ground pound at the ground Switch to go to another planet.

*** 2nd planet: Four Switches Planet

Here there are two Wigglers - watch out, do not stomp them! They'll get angry!
Just spin at them or ground pound near them to make them flip and now you can
stomp them out of this world!

There are four Ground Pound Switches, too. Let's see what each one does:

- Upper-left Switch: reveal a series of Musical Notes. Catch'em all to make 3
1-Up Mushrooms appear at the center of this planet.
- Upper-right Switch: reveal 5 Coins.
- Bottom-left Switch: reveal 5 Star Bits.
- Bottom-right Switch: ground pound this one to make a Launch Star appear and
launch yourself to another planet.

*** 3rd planet: Three Pillars Planet

Guy, you'll really need a few Coins. Ground Pound the left log of wood and
catch the Coins. Follow the trail of coins, careful for the Grinders, and...
wow! A Hungry Luma appeared! You'll have to feed her. How many Coins does she
want? 70 COINS? Oh, you have just 14 for now. What do you do? Catch as many
Coins as you can, of course! Go clockwise through this side of the planet, pass
through the lightening bushes to make 4 Coins appear, climb the ladder and
stomp the Octoomba. You have now 19 Coins. Catch the ? Coin to make 5 normal
Coins appear. You have 24.

Now go into the green pipe down the ladder. Look! It's a ? Coin bonus level.
Once you get that ? Coin, you'll have just a few seconds to make a lot of coins
appear through the ladder. Catch the maximum you can. There are 48 Coins here,
so you need to catch "just" 46 Coins, so BE FAST, going level-to-level on this
ladder, first right, so go to the next level, go left, and down to the lower
level again to get the other coins. Try not to leave any Coins behind. Maybe
you get 72 Coins for now. Maybe you don't - so, if you don't have 70 Coins at
least for now, go to the next Star on this same galaxy and walkthrough and do
it, it's the same course. But you won't have to feed the Luma. When you want,
come back here to get this tough Star.

If you got 70 Coins, get into the pipe and so go left to the Hungry Luma. Talk
to it. "I'm so hungry! Will you give me 70 [Coins]? They taste soooo good! If I
eat 70 [Coins], I might transform!" Select "Yes" and feed her. "Yessss! I've
got a huge coin craving right now!"

"That's the stuff! I'm so FULL! Wow... I think I'm going to... TRANSFOOOOORM!"
Wow! The Luma transformed into a new planet! "A new planet was born!" Launch
yourself at the red Launch Star and go there!

*** 4th and 5th planets: Cloud Flower Planets

On those small planets, checkpoint yourself, catch that Cloud Flower, and go,
as Cloud Mario, to the second Miniature Planet. Reload your cloud power and go
to the major planet.

*** 6th planet: Bugaboom's Planet

--------------
BOSS: BUGABOOM
==============

Oh no! It's Bugaboom! That Mandibug-like green boss from SMG (1). Now you'll
have to defeat her as well as you did, but with Cloud Flowers and not Bee
Mushrooms. It's almost the same thing, so I bet you, that played the prequel,
will know how to do that.

If you haven't played, here it comes: this Mandibug-like creature will try to
bite you at first, so try to GROUND POUND it, using the Cloud Flower when it
comes below you.

Once ground pounded by the first time, it will use its wings to fly out. Once
again, use the Cloud Flower power to ground pound it. Watch out for the red
explosive Eggs it throws out. They can cause some damage.

Now Bugaboom gets angrier and faster - and also red! Try to ground pound this
fast boss when not sideways in the air, and avoid its Eggs! It'll get sideways
near you, so go forward to get it well and defeat it!

Oh look, Bugaboom has became a Star. What are you waiting for? It's YOURS!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *13

[Back to Starship Mario]: Meanwhile, in the World Map you've unlocked more two
new galaxies, but there's still one Star here in Puzzle Plank! Lubba will talk
you about a few changes to the World Map and about the new useful Toad - the
MAIL TOAD! "That Toad came back with you, right? He sure loves delivering mail!
Go ahead and humor him. Maybe he's got something for you!" Go talk to that
little Toad.

"Hey Mario! I decided to start delivering mail! And my first letter is for
you!" Then you're going to receive a letter from Princess Peach.

"Mario:

I am very far away right now. But I'm OK! I know you will come save me!

P.S. I've attached something to this letter. I hope it will be useful...

									Peach"

"Princess Peach included a 1-Up Mushroom in her letter! Aw... Even when she's
kidnapped, the princess is so thoughtful! Well, come see me next time there's a
mail delivery."

You're going to receive many letters from Peach, Rosalina and also invitings
for you to challenges, and so on. So always go verify the new letters when the
Mail Toad calls you.

Well, now go to the World Map. Lubba will present you the ZOOM OUT function,
or, as it calls that, the Grand World Map. "This is the Grand World Map. With
the power of the Grand Star, we can travel great distances across space and
time. Now we can travel to another world whenever you're ready, Captain!"

Now you can travel to the previous or other worlds just by selecting the "Zoom

Here there are two Wigglers - watch out, do not stomp them! They'll get angry!
Just spin at them or ground pound near them to make them flip and now you can
stomp them out of this world!

There are four Ground Pound Switches, too. Let's see what each one does:

- Upper-left Switch: reveal a series of Musical Notes. Catch'em all to make 3
1-Up Mushrooms appear at the center of this planet.
- Upper-right Switch: reveal 5 Coins. You'll need some coins, so catch them!
- Bottom-left Switch: reveal 5 Star Bits.
- Bottom-right Switch: ground pound this one to make a Launch Star appear and
launch yourself to another planet.

[Start here.]

*** 3rd planet: Three Pillars Planet

Here, you can go by the easy or difficult ways.

[EASY WAY]

Perform a Triple Jump and spin to reach that Launch Star above you.

[DIFFICULT BUT NICE WAY]

There are two logs of wood here. One reveals some Coins, the other some Star
Bits. Go to the other side of the planet, careful of Grinders. There's a Hungry
Luma there, and also a green pipe. Enter it and get the ? Coin; it'll give you
some time to get 48 Coins. Enter the pipe again and climb up the ladder. Watch
out for the Octoomba. Ground pound the ladder's upper level, then the second
level and then the lower one. Go again to the other side of the planet and
climb up the new ladder to get to the Launch Star and launch yourself out.

*** 4th planet: Wood Planet

In this wooden long planet with a lot of Grinders, you have to go by the wooden
platforms before the Grinders cut them out.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

HURRY UP to get the Comet Medal in a wooden platform on your left. But watch
out the Grinders before they cut you. Advance through the platforms, waiting
for the Grinders to cut the path for you. Wall jump the red wall.

Here, in this green-and-blue level, go forward and fast before the Grinders cut
your way out. Climb up the blue ladder on your right and continue going,
careful of the Flipbugs and Slurples. Go to the upper and pink level, go up and
forward for the brown one. Stay on the center platform and ground pound the
Mandibug. Forward, go left and ground-pound the Switch. A Sling Star will
appear and the Grinders will activate. Go to the Star and launch yourself out.

*** 5th planet: Luma Shop Planet

In this small round planet, talk to the Lumalee / Shop Luma to buy a useful
Mushroom - Life or 1-Up for just 30 Star Bits, if you have it. Once bought, or
not, go to the Checkpoint Flag and the Launch Star.

*** 6th planet: Mandibug Puzzle Planet

On that wooden planet, you'll have to form the picture of a green Mandibug.
Just ground pound three times the Switches on the sideways of the planet,
clockwise. Then a family of Mandibugs will appear out.

-------------------------
BOSS: COUPLE OF MANDIBUGS
=========================

Ok, now you'll have to defeat a major Mandibug and its son. When it comes for
you, jump and ground pound them to make the minor Mandibug die. If you stay for
a long time on the top of a Mandibug, they'll throw you out.

Once dead, the son's mother and major Mandibug will get angry and red, and also
faster, and will try to bite you out of this world. Do the same - ground pound
it to make a Power Star appear. CATCH THAT!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *14

[Back to Starship Mario]: Hey! You now can procceed to new galaxies. Go there,
man, go to the World Map! Now, in this walkthrough, we go by the upper path to
Boulder Bowl Galaxy! Let's a-go!

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[24]	BOULDER BOWL GALAXY [BDBW]
[24.1]	ROCK AND ROLLODILLO - STAR #15 [RKRL]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Starting Planet

In that planet, you'll have to defeat the 3 Elite Octoombas, that throw 2 rocks
quickly instead of just one, to unlock your new power-up, on that glass cage:
it's Rock Mushroom, that transforms you into ROCK MARIO! "You transformed into
Rock Mario! Shake the Wii Remote to roll over your enemies!" And also break
glasses and crystals. Try it with the rock columns all over the planet, to
reveal some Star Bits and Coins. Just try not to break the wooden barriers and
fall off. It serves for all this galaxy, ok?

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

Go to that green Toad with a pickaxe. "I'm NEVER going to be able to break this
thing... I can't believe the captain is making me do this! Grumble grumble..."
Well, the Toad can't, but Rock Mario can! So roll over it twice to break it off
and reveal a Comet Medal. Catch it!

Behind the wooden barrier after the Medal and next to a Bill Board, change the
camera view and catch a 1-Up Mushroom.

Go forward to that vertical bridge and roll next to it to make it go down. Bowl
over the Pinheads and to the other planet.

*** 2nd planet: Rolling Rocks Planet

Here, first checkpoint yourself and go on your path. Defeat ALL the Octoombas
and Octoguys, with Rock Mario, and also, if you want, the Boulders. Try not to
get hit or you'll lose your rock power. If you lose it, there's another
Mushroom right on an upper platform on the other side you're in. You can also
break one of that rock columns to reveal, once again, Coins or Star Bits. Once
you've killed all the foes, launch yourself at the Launch Star, now revealed!

*** 3rd planet: Boulder Planet

Stomp the Elite Octoombas and catch your Rock Mushroom. There are some rock
columns there, with Goombas inside! Continue forward and you're going to see
some Incoming Chomps and Boulders. Roll over the Boulders - you can't defeat
the Chomps for now. There are also more one column with a pipe inside. Enter
it.

Inside the pipe, there are 6 Chance Cubes. You can roll over them to make
appear foes, coins or even 1-Up Mushrooms in their place. Go forward and break,
by rolling twice over it, the pink crystal to reveal a Sling Star. Launch on
that Star.

*** 4th planet: Yellow Crystal Planet

A planet made of bright crystal with a Luma Shop on it. Talk to Lumalee to buy
a 1-Up or Life Mushroom to the battle that's coming on. Once you've fed the
Luma, checkpoint at the Checkpoint Flag and go on the Launch Star.

*** 5th planet: Cage Planet

----------------
BOSS: ROLLODILLO
================

Oh! What a cute thing! No, it's your boss! Grab the Rock Mushroom and try to
roll over his blue butt. Hit him!

Oh no... that rocky blue guy's angry... roll over his butt before his butt
rolls over you! It'll roll around, and hit his butt when he gets dizzy after
rolling by. Hit him three times and defeat him.

If you need health, grab a Coin or throw a Star Bit at a yellow lighty point
on the cage to make it appear.

Oh, that was easy, wasn't it? OH, A POWER STAR!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *15

[Back to Starship Mario]: You've unlocked, on the World Map, a path for two new
galaxies and a Hungry Luma. Good, huh? Now you're on the museum at the engine
room, with the Rock Mushroom. "You seem to have brought back a, whuzzat? A
rock, huh? Yeah... Good work there, pal... I guess. Well, looks like we got
the room for it, so I don't mind having it around!"

Now you're gonna talk to the Mail Toad. It has a letter for you.

"Invitation

Hey, remember me? I got a new game over in the *Fluffy Bluff Galaxy*.

Come on by and we'll do the whole introductions thing. I wanna see what kind of
game skills you got.

								The Chimp"

Oh, the Chimp have sent a letter for us... you can now go to Fluffy Bluff
Galaxy to see what that crazy tricky monkey wants. On World 1, folks!

In this walkthrough, that Star path is on Fluffy Bluff Galaxy. Come back there:
*[21.3] The Chimp's Stomp Challenge [CHST] at [21] Fluffy Bluff Galaxy [FYBF]*.

If you don't want now, come back later and continue this walkthrough.

[25.1]	SILVER STARS IN HIGHTALL FALLS -
				[HIDDEN] STAR #17 [SVHF]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*P.S. You'll need 30 Coins for this course. Stomp enemies and grab all the
Coins you can!*

*** 1st planet: Starting Planet

Well, here in this galaxy you'll be presented to the first Yoshi power-up:
DASH PEPPER, that transforms your dinosaur fellow into Dash Yoshi, a running
burned red extra-fast Yoshi. First, cross the bridge, careful for the
Paragoombas. Go ahead, break Yoshi's Egg and hop on his back.

"Climb fast". Grab the "Spicy Pepper", your new power-up, with Yoshi's tongue,
to climb up the hill easily. Go ahead to the Launch Star, not tilting the
Control Stick (I mean, go forward).

*** 2nd planet: Giant Ramp Planet

Here, grab the Dash Pepper and climb up the huge ramp. If you hit an obstacle,
you'll fall down, so watch out.

[Left way:]

You now will have to prove your skills, tilting quickly right and left and
grabbing another Pepper to climb up to the upper area, where there's Penguru
and a 1-Up Mushroom. Penguru says: "Your skill has brought you very far...
Quite a view, is it not? From here, it's clear how important every [Coin] truly
is." Yep, there's a Hungry Luma ahead.

[Right way:]

The easiest and safest way, just don't tilt the Control Stick and let Yoshi go.
Just watch out for the Paragoombas. You won't have any coins, though.

[Left to right way:]

That's the way you must go if you want COINS - and they'll be important. Grab
the ? Coin at the beginning and then tilt a little right to go diagonally and
catch a lot of Coins. Be careful for the 2 Paragoombas, and perform your path
to the Launch Star.

*** 3rd planet: Falling Platforms Planet

Pass through the Checkpoint Flag and go forward and quickly, over the grey
falling platforms. Perform a Flutter Jump to reach the other one, if you're
falling down. Go forward, grab the Dash Pepper and run over the platforms.
Press A to jump high between the platforms. Once you've reached the Power Star,
go right to the flying platform with a Warp Pad (Teleporter). Spin above it to
go to the [B] Bonus Planet.

[B] 4th planet: Bonus Planet

You'll have some seconds to kill seven Paragoombas. Eating them with Yoshi's
tongue can not be a good idea, since they become Normal Goombas once eaten. So,
it's easier to stomp them or spin-and-run at them to make the 3 1-Ups appear.

* Back to Falling Platforms Planet *

Go forward and left and launch yourself, at the Launch Star.

*** 5th planet: Slope Planet

Checkpoint yourself and go to the U-turn Slope now as Dash Yoshi. The obstacles
will not make you fall down on this one, fortunately. Cross the bridge and
talk to the Hungry Luma that dances about. Feed it 30 Coins.

"If I eat 30 [Coins], I might transform." Press "Yes" and she'll fly to the sky
and become a grassy planet. "A new planet was born!" Launch yourself by the red
Launch Star.

*** 6th planet: Grassy Planet

Here you have a lot of Kleptoads that have some Coins and Silver Stars. You can
stomp them and eat them, but always a new Kleptoad will appear. The right and
easy way to get all 5 Silver Stars is by eating them and grabbing the Silver
Stars. Try not to touch them if you're not stomping them - you'll lose health.
If you need help, grab a Coin from a Kleptoad that holds it. Kleptoads holding
items will run away from you, so be quick. Kleptoads without items will follow
you and the items before you grab them. So, QUICK.

Once you have all 5 Silver Stars, they'll transform into a major golden Power
Star, and the Kleptoads will just go jumping around. Perform your way to the
Power Star and GET IT.

*** 5th and 6th planets: Slope Planets

Checkpoint at the Flag and go to the U-Turn Slope now as Dash Yoshi. The
obstacles will not make you fall down on this one, just slow you down for a
little. Go down, and cross the bridge.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##

In this Left Turn Slope, grab the Pepper and climb up the blue slope, to the
moving platforms. Go right and up, and then, at the pink-colored obstacles,
grab the Comet Medal. From here, it's very difficult to quickly turn left, so,
if Yoshi hits an obstacle and falls down, it's important to Flutter Jump
backwards to land on a safe ground. Go up again and turn left on those
obstacles, and then down at the blue slope.

Grab the five Flower Grapples to climb up to the other Slope Planet. Then, get
the Dash Pepper and go on by this Double Slope. Up, then left (careful of the
pink obstacles!), counterclockwise down and finally right, to that POWER STAR!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *18

[Back to Starship Mario]: Go to the World Map, call, talk to and feed the Hungry
Luma that dances about. She's asking for 700 Star Bits. Go to Bank Toad and
finally feed her with your Star Bits. Yep, she transformed again, into a new
galaxy. So, what you're waiting for? Fly to that Galaxy, now!

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[26]	HONEYBLOOM GALAXY [HYBM]
[26.1]	THE SECRET WALL JUMP - [HIDDEN] STAR #19 [WLJP]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Honeybloom Planet

In this 2D-3D course, to get that easy Power Star - yeah, EASY! - you have to do
the following:

Land on the Beanstalk (Magic / Sproutle Vine) and catch the Star Bits that
appear from each that floating two-leeef green plants, and procceed forward,
killing that Goomba and wall-jumping to the upper level. Get on the swing and
swing yourself, high, to the upper-right level, UPPER-RIGHT LEVEL ok? Not
forward, upwards. On the upper-left level there are 20 Star Bits, if you're
interested. Jump to that level and spin (Spin Jump). Then use the walls to
wall-jump ("The Secret Wall Jump") until you reach the top.

Look, a Power Star!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *19

[Back to Starship Mario]: On the World Map, you can now advance through the
Star (16) Obstacle. So, Lubba will talk you about a new member aboard the
Starship.

"Looks like we have a bee on board. Keep it away from me! I'm allergic! If I
get stung, I'll swell right up. I do like watching him, though. Think he knows
any good bee tricks?"

If you go talk to the Bee, you need to go left, counterclockwise, to a log of
wood it's on. It'll talk to you: "Bet you'd like to know our secret... When we
get coins in the air, we can fly farther!" Well, maybe it's not useful... but,
when the Bee Mario Power-Up is introduced, we'll see how important it can be.

Ok, now, to reveal this power-up, go right to the World Map and back to
Honeybloom Galaxy!

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[26]	HONEYBLOOM GALAXY [HYBM]
		[26.2]	BUMBLE BEGINNINGS - STAR #20 [BMBG]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Honeybloom Planet

Well, the first part I think you've already played, but here it is: go by the
Beanstalk (Vine), stomp the Goomba, wall-jump up, swing yourself and go forward.

Now, perform a series of wall-jumps, up and forward, then left and - look - a
Bee Mushroom, your new power-up! Press A to fly by. "You transformed into Bee
Mario! Hold A to buzz around." You lose the power-up if you touch water.

Continue going right, pass through the Checkpoint Flag and then right again.
Climb up the clouds and flowers, as Bee Mario, careful for the Choppahs, that
green spiky guys. If you get hit, you'll lose your bee power.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

Now, on your right, across one Choppah, there's a Comet Medal. Get it before
it's too late! Now, continue flying as Bee Mario. Side-scroll and go up to that
Vine... er... Beanstalk. Now you have some big fruits with which you can bounce
higher than ever. You can't climb them up without a Bee Mushroom, though.

If you want, there's a ? Coin on the upper-left area here. Go up and rights, but
watch out for the Choopahs. Go forward and checkpoint at the Flag. Grab the
poles and jump by them. There's a Fuzzy in some of them, so stay careful.
Continue going up, and swing yourself on the Vines and Beanstalks. Go sideways
and checkpoint yourself.

Some Spiky moving Plants ahead - watch out for the spikes! Also some carnivorous
plants... I mean, green-and-red flowers that will swallow you, and you'll lose
health. Continue forward and careful for the killing plants and flowers, until
you reach a cloud-full area.

Climb up the clouds, careful for the Choppahs, and fly up to that Power Star!!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *20

[Back to Starship Mario]: Go to the World Map, and then to the tropical island
on Wild Glide Galaxy!

_______________________________________________________________________________

		[27]	WILD GLIDE GALAXY [WLGD]
		[27.1]	FLUZZARD'S FIRST FLIGHT - STAR #21 [FZFF]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Wild Glide Planet

Here you're gonna fly over this wild paradise, on Fluzzard, that big bird. Talk
to the center Jibberjay to learn about how to fly on Fluzzard. "How 'bout it?
How 'bout it? Fluzzard! Wanna know how to glide?" You can also learn it at
[7.3] Mario and Luigi Moves [MLMV] at [7] Controls and Moves [CTMV].

It's important to now you don't go upwards, so maintain above the gates you're
gonna have to pass through. You need to hold your Remote as Fluzzard's body,
and you won't use the Nunchuk. If you point the Wiimote down, Fluzzard's gonna
nosedive, being a lot faster, but be careful.

Yep, there are 5 gates here, and, if you pass through them, the glass cage
around the Comet Medal at the end of the course will break off, so you can
catch the Medal.

On this tropical awesome island, you'll have to get through the five gates and,
finally, by the big sun circle at the end, in 1:30. "If you glide through the
big sun circle at the end of the forest, you win! Win! But it won't be easy!"

Fly over and gently pass through the first gate, right on front of you. There's
another gate on your left and downwards, so nose dive and go left gently.
Remember: if you get hit, you can lose health or die instantly. So try to pass
not too much fast. Now go right through the end of this cove, and there will be
another gate waiting for ya. Just nosedive to pass through this one.

There are coin bubbles on the air, so, if you've lost health, catch them. For
now, there's a hole on the mountain in front of you with a 1-Up Mushroom. Try
to get it. Be careful with those spiky lianas: if you hit them, you're gonna
die. It's better to pass above them, to reach easily that fourth gate.

Now you have two holes on that rocky wall. Think the right one is easier,'cause
it's wider and easier to dodge the crystals and obstacles, but the end's the
same: some crossed crystals you'll have to dodge.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

Nosedive to pass through that fifth gate, and then go up and try to reach that
Comet Medal. Then, just fly through the big sun circle.

It's not easy to pass through the gates, dodge the obstacles and walls, and it
really need some practice. So, don't matter if you're not getting there and go
over the next Star.

"You flew! You flew! Even Fluzzard looks happy! Happy! Here! Take this [Power
Star]! Nice flying!" Here it is - CATCH THAT!

*** 1st planet: Cosmic Cove Planet

On the sandy place you land, there are a Penguin trainer, a Koopa Troopa and a
Tip Network. The Penguin trainer warns you about the swimming exercise. "Oh, hey
there! Everyone is out doing their swimming drills right now." The Tip Network
teaches you how to "swim like a pro". Watch its tips.

* You can know more about swim moves in section [7.2] Mario and Luigi Moves
[MLMV] at [7] Controls and Moves [CTMV] content. *

You can practice some swimming skills right now, but the faster way to the Star
is by jumping on that Koopa Troopa, grabbing that Koopa Shell and swim over.
There are some Snoodles underwater, just light them to defeat'em. Also some
Cheep-Cheeps on the surface. There's a Sling Star forward - you can launch
yourself there, and up, to get some Star Bits on the circle above.

You need to get some coins (15), and there are 3 on this first area of the
planet. They're above one of the yellow-and-red platforms that float just next
to some Penguins and Cheep-Cheeps.

Pass by the cove, with some Snoodles and a Urchin, and also more 3 Coins inside
bubbles. Dodge the foes.

Swim forward and catch that ? Coin to make 6 normal Coins appear. Catch'em all.
You should have 12 Coins for now. Inside bubbles, there are more 2 Coins. On
the platforms, more three. On a Coin ring on water, 6. You can get even more
Coins by stomping the Skeeters, but I think you already have 15.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

The Comet Medal is located inside a green, huge shell next to the platform
Penguru's on. Catch it.

Now go to the Hungry Luma, over one of the circle platforms. Talk to it.
"TRANSFOOOOORM!" - that's how she transforms into a new planet, leaving a
Launch Star behind. Launch yourself.

*** 2nd and 3rd planets: Star Bunny Planet

In this round full-of-water dangerous planet, pass by the Checkpoint Flag and
talk to the Star Bunny. "Think you can catch me? I'd like to see you try it!
Boiyoing!" - Yep, ya need to catch that Star Bunny if you wanna see your star.

First, kill all the Skeeters on the planet to make your challenge easier. Try
not to fall down to the Black Hole. You should break some crystals, too.

Now, go to the ! Ground Pound Switch on the ground and ground-pound it to freeze
the planet. Ice-skate and try to get that lightened bunny. When ice-skating, try
not to fall down to the Black Hole. When approaching the Star Bunny, spin to get
it. And, the freezing effect will be over in some seconds, so be fast - but it
shouldn't be so difficult.

* How to ice-skate? See section [7.2] Mario and Luigi Moves [MLMV] at [7]
Controls and Moves [CTMV] content to know about. *

"OK, OK! You caught me! Here -- take this [Power Star]! Boiyoing! Boiyoing!"
CATCH THAT POWER STAR, now!

[Start here:]

Pass by the cove, with some Snoodles and a Urchin. Dodge them. On your right
there's another Sling Star that launches you up so you can catch the Star Bits
from two circles. Launch and you'll land near some Skeeters floating on the
water and Penguru, that talks: "Eh? What's all this about? You are searching
for a [Power Star]? Ahhh. Hmm. Well...all I can tell you is that you will need
the power to climb waterfalls. It is possible..." - Yep, you're gonna have to
CLIMB - I mean, wall-jump up - those twin waterfalls. Let's see it later.

Near the platform with the Hungry Luma, there's a ladder leading to the top of
that castle. Ground Pound the Switch to make all that water freeze out. "Yippie!
It's frozen solid! Use [Control Stick] and shake [Wiimote] to start ice-
skating!"

Now all the water is frozen, EVEN THE WATER THAT FALLS FROM THE TWIN WATERFALLS,
ice-skate there and wall-jump up the waterfalls.

*** 2nd and 3rd planets: Twin Falls Planets

out looking for the key! Find the key!" - Yep, you know what to do, don't ya?

Above the frozen water, there's a new foe: lots of Li'l Brrrs. Spin at them to
kill'em. Then enter the green pipe.

*** 2nd "planet": Cosmic Cavern

Here, ground-pound at the Brick Blocks and go down the slide to a water body,
on this sidescrolling (2D) planet. Go forward, dodge the falling bubbles and
wall-jump up; left, a ? Block full of Star Bits; and right, a Spiky Plant and
a Checkpoint Flag.

Dive to the water, left, and, careful for the Spiky Plants, down and then right.
Spin at the switch on the extreme right, and then go down, watching out for the
Gringills. Try not to be bitten out, and, if they bite you, grab a Coin.
Continue going down and enter the green pipe.

*** 3rd "planet": Water Maze

On these platforms, checkpoint yourself, go up to the water body (careful!
Jellyfish around!), and then upwards. Continue right, and grab that 1-Up
Mushroom below that up-and-down moving Minefish. Then fall into a body on that
circle body of water, and go counterclockwise back.

On the other body o'water, try to go up and left, jumping on the Paragoomba to
the next body of water. Go up to that Penguin. There's now a moving body of
water, so try to enter it while it's left, and then following it, inside it, to
the right. Pass to the next moving body of water, and then up to the next up-
and-down moving body. Jump to get the key and enter, after the Star Bit-made
yellow Luma, the green pipe, on your right (on the platform).

* Back to the Cosmic Cove Planet *

Look, the Luma's not trapped anymore! Penguin trainer: "This little guy is going
to be OK, thanks to you! Nice going!". Talk to the little Luma: "Whew! Thanks!
It was more humid in there than you'd think. So happy to be free!" Now the
Luma transforms into a Launch Star. Launch yourself.

*** 4th "planet": Starshroom

In this Toad starship, the Captain will talk about his vacation and warn you
about the Power Star. "Some vacation! I can't go swimming because everything is
frozen! Grrr... OH! Mario?! I didn't even see you there! I've been, um...
working hard on this mission to help you find [the Power Star]! OH, LOOK!
There's a [Power Star] over there! Yep, I knew it all along! Heheh..." Pass
through the Checkpoint Flag on the top o'the Starshroom and then launch yourself
out.

*** 5th planet: Star Planet

On this side of the planet, full of Fizzlits, dodge them and dig around, with
the Spin Drill, in the little square (one of them) of dirt in front of the
center of this side, to get a 1-Up Mushroom, and then at the CENTER of that
"("-shaped left dirt, to get to the other side of the planet. Here there are
some Mecha-Koopas and the Star.

Defeat one of the Mecha-Koopas (which one? try it yourself!) to get a key that
opens the force field cage, and then dig at that dirt ground to make a lot of
water appear around the planet, and swim to reach the platform with the Power
Star!

********************************YOU GOT A STAR*********************************

			              *24

[Back to Starship Mario]: Lubba talks about the new member aboard the Starship:
a Penguin. "Hrm. A sassy penguin on board a spaceship...? That's a new one on
me! Well, he seems to want a word with you. I wouldn't keep that one waiting."
The Penguin will talk about swim skills: "Shake [Wii Remote] when you're in the
water for a burst of speed! A lot of penguins don't know that..."

		[29]	BOWSER'S LAVA LAIR [BWLL]
[29.1]	BOWSER'S BIG LAVA POWER PARTY - [GRAND] STAR #25 [BLPP]
_______________________________________________________________________________

*** 1st planet: Starting Planet

As the Luma warns, "I sense a Grand Star ahead. The way is dangerous, though. Be
careful!" Advance to the Magikoopa that launches Burn Bits at you, and then a
Pull Star will appear. Grab it and then spin on midair to go to another planet.

*** 2nd planet: Cyllindrical Planet

In this one you have to jump over the lava to the wooden platforms that float
about, dodging the Podoboo-like fireballs. Procceed and Ground Pound at the
Switch / Springboard.

*** 3rd planet: Fireball Planet

Another cyllindrical-shaped planet full of fireballs. Dodge the fireballs and go
to the moving platforms above the lava, trying NOT to touch it, and to grab the
Mushrooms on the path of the platforms: 1-Up and Life Mushrooms. Dodge the other
row of fireballs, and break the crystal to reveal a Launch Star. Launch yourself
outta that planet.

*** 4th planet: Lava Planet One

In this planet full of lava, checkpoint and watch the hint from the Tip Network.
It talks about the spin jump. "To get some extra height, spin in midair! You can
also spin to land and time your jumps perfectly!" Do what you see on the Flimps,
spin-jumping over them and avoiding the fireballs. On the left Flimp there's a
1-Up Mushroom. If you get flipped outta the Flimps, just spin-jump to get back
over it. On the platform with the Hammer Bro., avoid the hammers he throws and
defeat him to reveal a Sling Star you'll launch on.

On this lower level of the planet, go clockwise through the firebars, and catch
the ? Coin on the top of the center platform to reveal a row of coins. You'll
receive a 1-Up if ya catch'em all. Ground-pound the Switch forward to a platform
with some Dry Bones. Jump over the three Flimps - the first and the last ones
have ? Blocks on their path - and advance to the green platform with electric
fences and Whomps. Ground-pound them to continue your path - on your left there
is a rock platform with a single Dry Bones. Ground Pound the Meteor to get a
Coin, if you need it.

#######################
## COMET MEDAL ALERT ##
#######################

Over the second Whomp, there's the Comet Medal. Wall jump on the Whomp, or
perform a Backward Somersault or Triple Jump to grab it.

On the platform with the Luma that says: "A meteorite! You can ground-pound it
to break down the door!" do what she says (ground-pound it at its center; if you
miss the door a new Meteor will appear), the door will open and you'll be able
to advance.

*** 5th planet: Lava Planet Two

Checkpoint at the Flag and go forward. Watch out, Mattermouths! They eat the
ground, revealing a Black Hole; you can jump on their hungry heads to stun them
for a while; do not get hit or you can lose your Comet Medal! There are 4 of
them, and also a 1-Up Mushroom on the midway path of the ground they eat.

Now, you meet the purple Snake Blocks - they walk over the lava ground, so walk
with them by the way. There will be some fireballs, firebars (with a Life
Mushroom above the center platform) and a Magikoopa that make Burn Bits appear.
Go forward to the 4-block Snake Block ahead. Stay somewhat behind the front of
those Blocks, 'cause, as the Luma warns, the Bowser statues will make electric
barriers appear on your path. Stay careful and advance.

There will be now two Hammer Bros. Just dodge them - or kill'em, if you want -
to go to the Meteorite area. On the left pole next to it, there's a Life
Mushroom. Ground-pound the meteorites that appear to break all three rock
barriers and reveal the portal to your boss battle. =)

*** 6th planet: Bowser Throne Planet

In this star-shaped planet, Oversized Bowser waits you, and wants to fight out
and stomp you out of this world (like always). Yep, you'll have to hit him three
times to make the Grand Star appear... I mean, defeat him.

"Bwahaha! You showed up! Look at you, running around like a little flea on a
puny planetoid. Know what isn't puny? My massive new power... The power to
flatten you like a space pancake!" Then Bowser jumps to you and the boss battle
starts, at another planet.

*** 7th planet: Bowser Battle Planet

------------
BOSS: BOWSER
============

On this first battle with the ultimate boss of Mario games, Bowser, he'll try to
stomp you, hit you with his hand or fire breath, and hitting you with some
yellow Meteorites. Yep, YELLOW METEORITES. You can ground-pound them, aiming at
Bowser's shell or Bowser himself, to hit him once.

The highlighted spots on the ground show where the Meteors will fall, where
Bowser's hand will get grove to the ground, and the area near Bowser's fiery
breath.

At first, he'll use his voice to make Meteors fall down from the sky. Get away,
waiting for Bowser's hand to aim to kick you outta this world, and then quickly
go back to the Meteors, and ground-pound them at the center to hit Bowser.

He'll do it another time, and do the same you did. P.S.: if you need health,
walk over one of that small rocks to reveal a Coin.

Hit twice, Bowser's going to get angry - he doesn't wanna be kicked off again,
does he?

Now Bowser's stronger: he'll make the Meteors fall, just like the previous times
- but now, after the Meteorites fall, he'll launch his fire breath. Scape from
it dodging around the Meteors. Once his hand's lifted up, go away and back to
the Meteorites and ground-pound it one more time.

Now, do that one more time, and... look, Bowser had swallowed the Grand Star,
now it can be back to your own hands!

* Back to Bowser Throne Planet *

Now you're back and BOWSER'S DEFEATED - for now, just for now. "RAWWRRG... Now I
remember why you're my archnemesis. You're so annoyingly hard to squish! Good
thing I win anyway! HAH! While we've been playing, my master plan has moved on
to the next phase. Tough luck, Mario!" Then he's going to disappear into midair
- and the Grand Star will fall down from heaven.

WHAT YOU'RE WAITING FOR? GET THAT GRAND STAR - NOW! "Huh! Howuh! Yahoo!"

*****************************YOU GOT A GRAND STAR******************************

			              *25

[Back to Starship Mario]: The big shiny Grand Star comes to the Starship, and so
it opens a portal to the next world.

"Well how about that?! You fought a giant monster and then he turned tail and
ran off, right? Well then... Let's get on after him! With the power of this
Grand Star, we can keep going through time and space, no problem! So it sounds
like your special one is still with that monster, eh?y Well, let's not just sit
around gettin' older! Let's get goin', Captain!" - And so you go!!

WORLD 3 IS OPENED! "Wow! An entirely new world! Looks like the path splits up
ahead. Hey, don't look at me! The captain makes the choices, am I right?" - Yep,
the path splits up ahead - you have 2 paths to follow by, to be able to pass
through a Star (28) Obstacle. You have 25, right? But here, before you advance
to the final battle, just after the pipe through the Star Obstacle, you can get
more some Stars, just more than 3. And, of course, you're gonna need those Power
Stars if you want, ya know, ADVANCE through the game for... maybe... new
challengers ... I won't spoil it now, but HERE WE GO!

The mission continues on the next version of the walkthrough.
