Go to buy or build gotodecor then go to Miscellaneous Decor then buy the free purple spoot the magic Llama then Click on it on it and select motherlode of Money. (P.S.) you have to have the cheat mode activated. To Activate cheat press start on the main game then you have press LB,LT,RB,RT..... (P.P.S) this is for X-BOX 360....... UR welcome
1. Walk around town and greet 20 people.
2. Go home and buy a computer.
3. "Chat" to each sim (and fast foward time) until they become your friend.
I finished the lifetime wish in one day.
Ok, so there are a few houses (Green House, Goth Mansion, Adobe Estate, etc.) that you can't buy because of the fire code. Most cheat sites will say that the Chalet is one of the houses that you can't buy but I've found a way to get it that really works (it can only be done when you star a new game*).
First at the beggining of the game buy the empty lot with nothing but a fridge (DON'T BUY A HOUSE FOR IT) and then you do the catfish cheat [go to the store buy 60 catfish you don't really need 100 to get the infinite simoleons and it doesn't matter if it has 1 star or 3) now go to you lot put the fish in the fridge for at least 30-40 sim-minutes ( if you don't know how you just have to press the fridge, press open and then press the little backpack at the left topside corner then you'll see the fish and you just keep pressing on it until you empty all the fish in the fridge). Ok , so after the 30-40 minutes have passed take them out of the fridge, then go to build/buy mode and sell the fridge then go to the supermarket and sell all the fish and you'll have infinite simoleons.]
Next you press 2 on your remote on the lower right side of the screen press the word moving, sell your lot. Then go to the biggest house above the school and buy it unfurnished*, now go to build/buy mode and make sure you sell all the doors and stairs in the house unless you want to keep them and use them latter (you won't be able to sell the doors on the first floor though). After you sell all doors and stairs (if you want, I prefer to) sell the house. Now you just have to buy the Chalet place it in your lot ( the game will probably show you the fire code message so make sure you buy everything you want for the house or you won't be able to buy it later).
If you have a baby straight after having one already, you're sim will give birth straight away..
To kite surf you have to buy one at the surf shop (by the science lab) then go to the sea and walk in until your head deep in. Next go to your inventory and select your kite surf. Your sim will automatically jump on the kite surf, then you control the kite surf using the nun chuck.

If you want to keep your best friend alive so that you may one day marry him/her, then follow these simple steps to stop them from dying, as it Will happen.
Things needed:
Green thumb trait is recommend as you can simply keep reviving the Death Flowers which are nearby the Gate at the Cemetery/Graveyard next to the abandoned warehouse
1. Have them move in so that you can control them (obviously)
2. Get them to pick the death flowers and have it on them at all times. When they die the flowers will serve as a bribe to instead be revived rather than turn into a grave.
3. Use the sim with the green thumb trait in order to revive the Death Flowers.
4. Repeat steps 2-3, and enjoy your immortal spouse!
Note: the Death order goes by the way that 1 sim will die every day, old sims will usually go first with the young ones dying last, it may make it harder to do, but this still works.
Here is how to get a girlfriend/boyfriend, 1. Be Friends 2. Go to "be romantic" and select "first kiss" 3. Now insted of "Friends", it wil say boyfriend/girlfriend. Thanx 4 readin'!!!
P.S. If it doesn't say "first kiss", keep bein' friendly until it says "first kiss"

Buy 100 catfish from the store then take it back home put it in the fridge for a while then sell it back to the store
If you are making your kid go to school but don't want to go the car ride with them you turn into the kid click on the car and instantly after you click on go to school switch into a different person. Seriously it works but, you have to be super fast in order to do it
