1.easiest way is hold the shield button while selecting samus,then press + to go to select stage and let go,when you enter the brawl ZSS will start

2.another way is using samus's final smash

3.is when you are palying as samus press the two taunt buttons repeadetly as fast as you can,if done correctly you will turn into ZSS
