At the end of the game select either 'Sunny -> Remove Curse' or 'Atabey' and you will be able to view a final cutscene. This is the only way this cutscene can be viewed as choosing the other options won't lead you to it.
When you have found the following 4 items during the game you will be able to view this ending.
Lucky Charm (win at arm wrestling).
Ancient Ring (trade for rare rum with Chemi'n).
Semi-Precious Stone (trade salt-cellar or musical book with Elvis).
Carved Wooden Cross (use the portrait from the safe with Jibaro).
