On the Wii Remote press 1 and go to 'Hints'. Then click on 'Cell Phone Calls' and dial the number shown in the picture of Harry's phone. When you dial the number on your phone you will reach Konami Customer Service who will tell you they are unable to help you due to the fact you're in Silent Hill.
