If you keep doing 360s while Ollying you will fill up the trick meter and get the city back to normal quicker.
Complete the game and load the cleared saved game file. Then pause gameplay and select the 'Extras' option to access the Shaun White skin.
This feature becomes available when you earn a Gold medal in ALL of the Shaun White set challenges.
