I've had game 2 months, loved it until...right after workout just before save game freezes and buzzes. Majesco will not answer calls, Nintendo says majesco issue. Zoe Mode won't answer emails! Help!? Game is almost useless now and no one is trying to fix bug. What can I do?

Your Wii is out of memory. Try deleting your saved profile and see if that works.
I have the same problem...I have called Majesco several times...I have found that if I start my profile over completely it will save...but my question is for how long..I'm on level 9 with 738082 points...do I really have to give them all up to play the game all over again?
I have same problem with zumba core at level 9 nearly level 10 and it freezes have tried deleting saved data to free up space but it doesn't work is there any way of completing the game?

Is there no compensation offered fir this bug on level 10? What good is the game if it can't be completed, after I have paid full price for this!
Same thing happened to me, it's ridiculous that you work so hard on something that you enjoy only for this to stop you - we should be entitled to something
I have the same issue. I contacted @Zumba on Twitter, even tweeted Beto Perez, no one cares. I'm truly disappointed.
I deleted my profile and started a new profile using my middle name. This works, but when you achieve level nine, you will have to delete your profile again and start over again. This is a good solution if you enjoy doing the Zumba and don't care about reaching level ten. I'm happy not to hear that terrible noise the game makes when it freezes!
