We cannot get through level 2 on this game-bouncing on the balloons allows us to get the discs hanging in the air, but when they are gone we are stuck. Bouncing on the balloons gets us nowhere and neither does getting dragged around by the red balloon. What are we supposed to do to get out of here and to the next level? Or is our game defective?

I watched my son play this level and he died and floated off on the red balloon over and over, but suddenly he found a superhero outfit and was able to jump high enough to get to the next level. He came across a letter A on the ground and pressed his remote A to put the superhero outfit on.
