How do you unlock the different levels? I can't get past level one.

I find it strange that you can't pass level one because you can't fail any levels. My advice to you is to purposely keep falling off the track. Each time you fall you get a strike, 3 strikes moves you to the next part of the course. Continue to do this till it just sends you to the end of the course. That should unlock the second course, coins are for upgrades in clothing

I've finished level 1 3 times and still can't get the next neto unlock.

if you are playing on multiplayer you cant unlock a level you have to be on one player

So u can not do 2 players at a time only one player

We have already played all 12 courses can you unlock more because on the case it's says that their is 200 hundred of them and we have already did it in black and blue and got all the coins and beat the time,and there is nothing else to do..HELP?
