Try to get good contact with the ball. And allways keep your eye on the ball.

Well work on how you hold the bat,and try not always to swing your hardest

Hold the remote like a real bat the remote for piching just flick it

There is none just don't swing hard and don't swing really lightly.

I find it easier to hit homeruns by using one hand instead of two. The wiimote's smaller size then a real bat makes it harder to use two hands.

When pitching, change up your type of pitches. Don't use three fast balls on one person. I think they can hit it easier if you change it up.

Also, when pitching and batting, you don't need to swing or throw as hard as you would in a real game. But you don't want to swing/throw too lightly either.
