Well, on the mini games you have to go on pitch perfect and you have to get to level 4, you also get an instrument, then when you get to level 8 you get a new back ground to play with.
On the third game if you get to the legend of zelda, once you play it you will unlock that track to play and the harp.

Hope I answered a lot of things.
