Question for Ultimate I Spy
In the paper room, stage 3, what does "a number that's cold" mean? Also, where are the 6 arrows? We've been stuck on this for a week and cannot find the 6th arrow and we don't even know what the "number that's cold" even means!!

For the 6 arrows:
1. On the side of the giant box building in the windows
2. One Orange one right behind the box building (look from above)
3. On the box with the juice box on it and has one of the number 4s
4. One on the newspaper with the stocks as the arrow. On the city hall newspaper building
5. One as a sign right by the shop
6. I found this one by accident. It’s on the sailboat sign near the dock. It’s very small.
