Question for Trauma Center: Second Opinion

On operation dormant ability, I do not know what to do. I've tried to do it 5 times already and I fail every time. Please help me. I don't know what to do at all. I no I have to zoom in. I did that. Now how do you use the ultra sound to find the thombis thingy? Then how do I remove them? Please help me.

Okay, so you use the ultrasound by going to the ultrasound icon by pushing your nunchuk joystick in the ultrasound's direction, and then you use the A button on a thrombus (should be a faint gray circle) then it shows up. Now use your forceps by pushing the A+B buttons on a thrombus. It should stop. Now use your scalpel to cut the thrombus. It should now be a red circle thing. Use the drain on it to get the thrombus out of it. Now use the antibiotic gel to close the wound once and for all. Rinse and repeat Smile .
