How do I extend the bridge?

When you get to the quarry, there is a gate that is locked, next to the gate is a little wooden building that has a fuse box on it, take the fuse. When you get to the rooftop in the quarry that has a ladder on the side of it, go down the ladder and break the boards off the little room under the roof with Jared's bat. Then go out on the ledge and to your right you will see a fuse box on a pole standing by itself. Put the fuse in there then go back to the little room that you broke the boards, and turn the control panel on.
