I just started playing the Spiderwick Chronicles game about 5 minutes ago and I'm already stuck. I need to find the key to open Arthur's chest but I can't find it. HELP!

Break plaster on the wall, with the broom. Use the controllers, by moving the up and down, opposite each other, to make the dumb waiter go up. When you get to the top, you'll see a key on the table. Then press up, or down, to pick up the key. Return to the dumb waiter, and go down again. Now you have the key.
