I just purchased sims 3 for wii and I don't know where to go to evict a family so I can move my family in. Do I need to have a certain amount of money to evict a family?

No All you need to do is press 2 on your wii remote and at the bottom right corner it should say moving, Press that and then if you havent moved in yet press sell lot and buy a new one by pressing "Sim Related". And then pick a new house.
