What with the fire code I can't buy anything even if I have the money for it. The reminder says the fire code has been violated. Please respond I need help!!!!

It depends how much lot you have if you have the empty lot you wont be able to buy much as in big houses etc. But if you move house then yoiu will be able to buy again.

I was having the same problem I have figured out you know when you click 1 and go into the editing your lot mode and it has a little house in the top corner of your screen, sometimes it's full with orange and sometimes it's not, you need to sell things within your lot to make it empty so you can add things into your lot if it is full you cannot add/buy things for your lot.
