If you want a girl when you are pregnant eat at least 10 watermelons it increases you're chances but can't guarantee it will wrk

Try playing the girl and then "try for baby"
If you get another sim to level 5 (I think) in medical career you can get the gender of the baby before it's born

Yes You Can! Just Eat Atleast 5 WaterMelons, At The Most, To Be Very Sure You Can Eat 10! Just For A Baby Girl. Once You're Sim Is Pregnant give her the watermelons and when birth comes.. :P You have A baby Girl.. Lucky Person NAME her Christina. <3

Before she gives birth she should have a bubble over her head (WISHES) it should say something along the lines of have a baby girl or have a baby boy make sure you get each of these and when the baby is born you know if it's a boy or a girl I know that might not be the answer you were looking for but I hope this helped
