Question for The Sims 3
I have the Sims 3 for Wii and I just wanted to know if I could have an actual wedding. It would be great if I could because I hate having 'Private Wedding's'

Buy an arch then chairs and on the phone call you're friends 1 by 1 and change in formal click on arch (or colums) and click get married or click if it says have wedding

Sadly, you can only have Private Wedding in Sims 3 wii, BUT you can throw a party and make it look a wedding-
1.Dress your sim(s) into formal
2.Decorate your house with flowers, etc
3.Cook some food for the guests (Don't eat them!)
4.Ring up some sims and invite them over, and if they ask if they can bring their friends, say yes (Unless your worried about space)
5.Wait for everyone to come and select Private Wedding. It'll now look like a wedding party! Have fun!

Decorate your house with the party balloon everywhere and the guests will dress up automatically

NO go to build mode. Then go to decor and pick plants keep going till the second to last one. Then buy plants make it pretty. Have fun and invite people over no hyperactive Sims get under the arch then press have private wedding. Buy chairs if you want I can make a how to video. Hope you have fun and good luck

I thought you where soposed to go on the map and look for a church or something and it says that you can get married there but I guess not thank you for you answer

I have a question how do you throw a party on the Sims 3 because I have tried to look it up and it's not working "oh" and I have a Wii so I don't think that it will work...help me please😧😧😩

I personally play on a pc, if you go onto the "throw a party" option on your phone there's a party planner side and you can choose the party and there's a wedding party option click that then invite your guests then you can set it up
