Question for The Sims 2: Castaway

My sim is missing! I've litterally looked everywhere that I can get to with the other sims, and never found her! She was the first one and is the only one with enough skills to do anything! When I go to switch sim over her picture is just some bamboo looking thing I can't rocognize.I didn't get any pop-ups saying she died and iv'e lit a different home torch and served a group meal she doesnt show up for and of it!Could she have gone up to the volcano summit without me knowing? Is she dead, and if it helps my current home is at volcano overlook.Where is she?

This same thing happened to me. I found a shell on a beach that let me call my tribe together. The shell is the conch shell. Try this! GOOD LUCK!!!

It is on the Second Island
On the West Beach
It's near the Ancient Pier

This has happened to me before, and I knows it's really frustrating to try and find them. First, wheres the last place you saw her? If you can remember try setting up a new home torch there.you could also try the conch. A big thing that frustrates people with missing sims is that they died and never found them. That happened to me before and it took a few MONTHS to find and resurect them. Has anyone ever died before, because if they have then the pop up saying they died wont come up. Hope my long answer helps! X3

While all of these answers may be good, they don't work well for me, also, none of my sims have died. But what I do is either one of two things. One (or first step), I save, log off, and then get back on. See if that works. If not, (two,or step two), (if they are your tribe), switch bodies. Extra Tip: if you blow the shell horn thing, and if they still don't show up, click "show relationship" and see if they are really there. I HOPE THIS HELPS EVERYONE READING THIS!!!
