You have to keep clicking nice,talk,and wait a while after romantic appeared in it's category and it will say propose,romantic hug,and serenade.keep on serenading (after 10 times she got the tune right) give him a bunch of hugs then propose.

There is a cheat....
To access the cheat thing you have to quickly press b z up down b and the do this cheat you go near it and quickly press z plus a b 2. Then to get married you must make a Marriage Beanie(in hats) and a Wedding Lei(in jewelry set).
